Beef bourguignon: Slow cooked beef stew braised in red wine served mash, green beans and butternut
Hannah Chicken: Best Dish! BBQ chicken breast topped with bacon bits, ham and mushrooms then oven baked with cheese,served with garden peas, carrots and sauteed potatoes
Chinese Chicken curry: Served with basmati rice
Chicken Schnitzel: Topped with cheese sauce, baby potatoes, carrots and broccoli
Spicy Pork Bowl: Pork tenderloin pieces served with rice, sauteed spinach and carrots
Alfredo pasta: Ham and mushroom in a creamy sauce with a side parmesan cheese
Soups: Beef and bean soup
Homemade bread: Plain or Herb (R25)
(V) Eggplant parmesan: Served with garden peas, carrots and sauteed potatoes

Tuesday: 5 October
Chicken cashew nut stir fry: Served with veggies and noodles
Indian meatball Curry: Served with basmati rice and garden peas
Spaghetti bolognaise: With side parmesan

Wednesday: 6 October
Chicken Adobo: A Chicken breast rubbed with lemon, then marinated with vinegar,
soya, garlic and a touch of ginger. Pan fried until lightly caramelised on the outside, then simmered in chicken stock, with mixed seasonal veggies. Served with rice.
Chicken schnitzel: Topped with cheese sauce served with chips, peas and carrots
Thai chicken curry: With basmati rice
Beef stroganoff: With mash, garden peas and butternut
Butter Chicken: Served with basmati rice, sauteed baby marrows and butternut
Carbonara Pasta: Creamy pasta with bacon, ham and mushrooms over pasta
Soups: Tomato soup with basil and thyme
Homemade bread: Plain or Herb (R25)
(V) Mushroom stroganoff: with mash, garden peas and carrots

Thurday: 7 October
Korean-style pork: Pork marinated with rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and fresh ginger. Served with rice and Asian style veg
Braised Beef: With onions, carrots and celerly, peppers and a few mushrooms in
a rich brown gravy served with with mash, green beans and cinnamon roasted pumpkin

Friday: 8 October
Cold meats and salad: Selection of cold meats, greek salad, potato salad and side beetroot salad
Traditional Roast Chicken: Dressed with parsely, sage, rosemary and thyme served minted peas, cauliflower and cheese sauce, roast potatoes and steamed rice with gravy

Legendary Ribs and chips R130 or R400 a family portion
