Monday: 19 July 

Benji butter chicken: fresh ginger, corriander and yogurt mixed with Indian style aromatics served basmati rice, green beans and butternut
Spring Chicken: with sauteed potatoes, broccoli and butternut
Chicken Schnitzel: Topped with cheese sauce, carrots and broccoli
Beef Curry: Served with yellow rice, peas, butternut and side sambal
Chicken Tarragon Pasta: Basil, butternut, cherry tomatoes and tarragon with soya, ginger and chicken broth over spaghetti pasta and topped with shaved parmesan cheese
Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork: served over a bake potato, with baby marrows and butternut veg
Soups: Thai chicken or Minestrone soup
Homemade bread: Plain or Herb (R25)

Tuesday: 20 July
Beef Goulash: Soft slow cooked beef with onions and peppers. Served with rice, broccoli and carrots
American style Chicken Marsala: Chicken breast butter flied, pan fried mushrooms and white wine. Served with sautéed potatoes and gem squash

Wednesday: 21 July
BBQ chicken breast: served with couscous and roasted veg medley
Chicken cacciatore: Chicken breast slow cooked with tomatoes, peppers and white wine. Served with basmati rice andgreen beans
Indian Steak Masala: Served with mash, sauteed spinach and butternut
Traditional bobotie served with yellow rice, cinnamon pumpkin, green beans
Glazed sticky pork: Tender strips of pork glazed with a sticky, sweet, spicy, garlicky, gingery sauce. Served over stir fry veg and basmati rice
Gourmet Mac n cheese with bacon: creamy cheese sauce with peppers, corn and onions
Cottage pie: with garden peas
Soups: Tomato soup with basil and thyme or  Chicken Noodle

Thurday: 22 July
Parmesan Chicken: Chicken Breast, crumbed with panko crumbs and parmesan
cheese then pan fried, topped with an herby tomato sauce and oven baked with cheese. Served with with baby potatoes, carrots and pumpkin
Arrabiatta Pasta: Bacon, tomato, cream and chilli pasta with a few herbs, served over ribbon pasta

Friday: 23 July
Cold meats and salad: Served with a greek salad, beetroot salad and potato salad
