Traditional meatloaf lean beef mince mixed with sauteed peppers, onions and carrots wrapped in streaky bacon and slow cooked in the oven. Served with garlic parmesan mash, gravy, garden peas & carrots
Chefs choice pasta: Taglietelli dressed in creamy tomato and basil sauce with
chicken, garlic, herbs and tomato
Chicken stroganoff served with herb infused basmati rice, green beans and butternut
Chicken Hannah grilled chicken breast topped with bacon bits, ham and
mushrooms then oven baked with cheese served with cauliflower, green beans and oven roast potatoes
Cottage pie with side garden peas

Tuesday: 13 July
Grilled pork chop with cabbage, garlic mash and some carrot strings
Traditional Roast Chicken: Dressed with parsely, sage, rosemary and thyme served minted peas, cauliflower and cheese sauce and steamed rice with gravy
Soup: Roast chicken soup

Wednesday: 14 July
Chicken schnitzel with a mushroom sauce and topped with cheese served with roast potatoes, garden peas and carrots
Spaghetti bolognaise with side parmesan
Chicken Korma with basmati rice, green beans and carrots
Asian style chicken cashew nut stir fry with noodles and stir fry veg
Braised steak with onions served with rice, peas and carrots
Pork stew in red wine: Slow cooked and served with mash, baby marrows and carrots
Soups: Butternut soup or  Chicken Noodle Soup

(V) Mushroom florentine grilled mushrooms caps filled with creamed spinach topped with a touch of cheese, served with basmati rice

Frikkadels: braised meat balls in a rich brown gravy served with mash, peas and carrots
Korean-style pork: Pork marinated with rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and fresh
ginger. Served with rice and Asian style veg
Butternut Ravioli: dressed in a sage and garlic butter and topped with red sauce and butternut

Friday: 16 July
Cold meats and salad: Served with a greek salad, beetroot salad and potato salad
Thai coconut chicken stir fry with stir fry veg and basmati rice
Chicken Saag red chillies, garlic, ginger, turmeric and spinach served with basmati rice
Chicken casserole with rice
Grilled Linefish: Served with savoury rice, lemon butter, broccoli and butternut
