Chicken Lemone: with lemon roast potatoes, broccoli and butternut
Beef Stir fry: Stir fry veg with basmati rice
Butter Chicken: Served with rice and side sambal
Cottage pie: with side garden peas
Alfredo pasta: Creamy pasta with ham and mushrooms
Saltimbocca: Thin strips of beef dusted in flour then pan fried with butter, garlic,
mushrooms, red wine, brandy and mustard and cream. Topped with ham
and cheese then oven baked. Served with mash, green beans and carrots
Soups: Butternut soup or Thai-Style Coconut Chicken
Homemade bread: Plain or Herb (R25)
(V) Vegetable kebabs with savoury rice and green beans

Tuesday: 22 June
Beef strognoff: served with mash, butternut and green beans
Chicken schnitzel topped with cheese sauce served with baby potatoes, peas and carrots

Wednesday: 23 June
Pulled Pork Loaded Baked Potatoes served with butternut and peas
Hannah Chicken: BBQ chicken breast topped with bacon bits, ham and mushrooms then oven baked with cheese. Served with garden peas, carrots and sauteed pototoes
Grilled Chicken breast: seasoned with lemon lime and BBQ seasoning served with
roasted veg medley and couscous
Arrabiatta pasta: chilli, tomatoes, bacon and cream served over pasta
Thai coconut chicken curry with basmati rice
Soups: Chicken noodle or Tomato Soup

Chilli concarne ground beef slow cooked with beans and other arromatics served with bean fried rice, corriander and cumin with pumpkin and green beans
