Chicken lemone:  served with lemon roast potatoes, butternut and green beans
Frikkadels: braised meat balls in a rich brown gravy served

Wednesday: 5 May
Beef Curry: with yellow rice and side sambal
Alfredo pasta: with side parmesan cheese
Pulled Pork Loaded Baked Potatoes served with butternut and peas
Hannah Chicken: BBQ chicken breast topped with bacon bits, ham and mushrooms then oven baked with cheese. Served with garden peas, carrots and sauteed pototoes
Chicken and mushroom marsala: Pan fried with white wine, mustard and garlic. Served mash, brocolli and butternut
Spaghetti bolognaise with side parmesan

Penne bolognaise bake: beef bolognaise with a creamy white sauce with penne then topped with cheese and oven baked
Thai chicken curry: served with basmati rice, carrots and baby marrows

Cold meats and salad: Served with a greek salad, beetroot salad and potato salad
Saltimbocca: thin strips of beef dusted in flour then pan fried with butter, garlic,
mushrooms, red wine, brandy and mustard and cream. Topped with ham and cheese then oven baked. Served with mash, green beans and carrots
Braised Pork Potjie: with mash and baby marrows
Grilled Linefish: Served with savoury rice, lemon butter, broccoli and butternut
