Fish Bake: Line fish with onions, carrots, celery, leeks and a few garden peas in a creamy sauce. Oven baked with herb infused bread crumbs. Served with savoury rice, carrots and sauteed green beans
Pork stir fry: with stir fry veggies over noodles
Chicken lemone: with lemon potatoes, green beans and butternut
Beef lasagne
Grilled Steak: With a pepper sauce. Served with chips, brocolli and baby marrows

Beef stroganoff: Tender pieces of beef and mushrooms. Served with rice, peas and butternut

Alfredo pasta: with side parmesan cheese
Saltimbocca: thin strips of beef dusted in flour then pan fried with butter, garlic,
mushrooms, red wine, brandy and mustard and cream. Topped with ham and cheese then oven baked. Served with mash, green beans and carrots
Chicken schnitzel: Topped with bacon bits and cheese sauce, served with baby
potatoes, garden peas and baby marrows
Cottage pie with side garden peas
Mac n cheese with bacon and corn
(V) Lentil and mushroom shepards pie
