Carbonara Pasta: Creamy ham, bacon and
mushroom with side parmesan
Asian chicken stir fry: served with basmati rice

(V) Vegetable kebabs served with sauteed potatoes, spinach and a few peas, and butternut

Tuesday: 23 February

Chicken schnitzel: Served with potato wedges, sauteed baby marrows and carrots
Grilled Chicken breast: seasoned with lemon lime and BBQ seasoning served with roasted veg medley and couscous
Roast Pork: slow cooked with gravy, roast potatoes, butternut and garden peas
Cottage pie with side garden peas
Saltimbocca: thin strips of beef dusted in flour then pan fried with butter, garlic,
mushrooms, red wine, brandy and mustard and cream. Topped with ham and cheese then oven baked. Served with mash, green beans and carrots
(V) Penne parmesan pasta: Penne, grated parmesan, black pepper, olive oil,
salt and fresh basil topped with rocket
