Saltimbocca: thin strips of beef dusted in flour then pan fried with butter, garlic, mushrooms, red wine, brandy and mustard and cream. Topped with ham and cheese then oven baked. Served with mash, green beans and carrots
Alfredo pasta: Creamy ham and mushroom sauce over penne pasta
Chicken schnitzel: Topped with bacon bits and cheese sauce, served with baby
potatoes, garden peas and baby marrows
Chicken Curry: served with yellow rice and carrots
Pesto chicken: Delicious chicken breast, topped with fresh mozzarella and juicy, garlicky fresh chopped tomatoes. Served with mash, green beans and butternut
Cajun Chicken Breast: Pan seared chicken breasts seared in Cajun seasoning and
garlic butter served with couscous and roasted veg medley
(V) Chickpea curry: with yellow lentil rice

Tuesday: 9 February

Spaghetti bolognaise: with side parmesan
Grilled Pork chops: with sauteed potatoes and braised cabbage, with baby marrows
and carrots
Thai chicken stir fry: with basmati rice
Tomato bredie: Our Bredie is an old Cape dish of soft beef and vegetables stewed together so that the flavors intermingle. Served with rice, pumpkin and peas
Braised Pork Potjie: with mash and baby marrows
Chicken lasagne
(V) Eggplant parmesan with savoury rice, butternut and green beans
