Chicken Lemone: with lemon roast potatoes, broccoli and butternut
Beef Stir fry: Stir fry veg with basmati rice
Butter Chicken: Served with rice, baby marrows, carrots and side sambal
Cottage pie: with side garden peas
Alfredo pasta: Creamy pasta with ham and mushrooms
Saltimbocca: Thin strips of beef dusted in flour then pan fried with butter, garlic,
mushrooms, red wine, brandy and mustard and cream. Topped with ham and cheese then oven baked.
Served with mash, green beans and carrots
(V) Eggplant parmesan: with mash, broccoli and butternut

Tuesday: 19 January
Spaghetti bolognaise with side parmesan

Wednesday: 20 January
Chicken Schnitzel: Topped with cheese sauce, carrots and broccoli
Grilled Pork chops: with sauteed potatoes and braised cabbage, with baby marrows
and carrots
Thai chicken stir fry: with basmati rice
Tomato breedie: with rice, pumpkin and peas
Steak Diane: with mushrooms served with mash, green beans and cauliflower
Grilled Chicken breast: seasoned with lemon lime and BBQ seasoning served with roasted veg medley and couscous
Chicken Curry: with yellow rice, sauteed baby marrows and side sambal
(V) Penne parmesan pasta: Penne, grated parmesan, black pepper, olive oil,
salt and fresh basil topped with rocket

Thurday: 21 January
Pork Schnitzel with cheese sauce, sauteed potatoes, garden peas and carrots

Friday: 22 January
Hannah Chicken: BBQ chicken breast topped with bacon bits, ham and
mushrooms then oven baked with cheese. Served with garden peas, carrots and sauteed pototoes
Chicken fingers with chips
Chicken Pad Thai: with rice noodles
Flambe Pepper Steak: Served with butternut, burnt broccoli and chips
