Weekly menu 13-17 April 2020

We can either do a daily meal Monday to Friday or make up sets of box meals on either Monday, Wednesday or Friday. We have small team who have moved in with us so we are in lock down and safe.

Monday: 13th April
• Chicken parma with braised cabbage, baby marrow & mash
• Chicken curry with yellow rice, butternut, peas and sambal
• Chicken schnitzel with baby potatoes, carrots and green beans
• Spaghetti bolognaise
(V) Vegetarian lasagne
• Beef lasagne
(V) Eggplant parma with savoury rice, baby marrows & pumpkin

Tuesday: 14th April

Wednesday: 15th April
• Chicken breyani, pumpkin and green beans
• Penne bolognaise bake
(V) Thai coconut curry with basmati rice and garden peas
• Old school Tomato breedie with garlic mash, green beans and butternut
(V) Crumbed Cauliflower and cheddar balls with savoury rice
• Grilled chicken breast with creamy garlic and white wine
served with veggies and rosti
• BBQ sticky wings dressed with ginger, garlic, corriander & lime

Thurday: 16th April

Friday: 17th April
• Chicken burger, chips and onion rings
• Chicken schnitzel with mash, green beans and butternut
• Beef ragu with rice, peas and pumpkin
• Alfredo with a touch of garlic and white wine over macaroni
• Calamari with savoury rice and tartar sauce
(V) Aubergine stack, eggplant crumbed then topped with
mozerella and basil and a touch of smoked red sauce
• Butter chicken with steamed rice and veggies
