Weekly Menu: 20-26 January 2020

See below the Menu for JANUARY 2020, home made fresh meals with lots of love.
The Calendar menu has a set meal everyday. If you don’t feel like say ‘Thai Chicken Curry’ on Thurs the 23rd, you can replace from our HOUSE MENU meals (which are available Monday to Friday – see below).

We have a NEW VEGAN menu below too.

Remember we do Salads too now with Summer here 🙂

Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu (see below) to be in by 10am – as you are able to order a different meal from the House menu.

Weekly Menu: 20-26 January 2020

MONDAY 20 JAN
Normal: Mandarin Pork Stir-fry – Pork sautéed with garlic, ginger, oranges and soy sauce and a medley of stir fry veggies. Served with steamed basmati rice.
Low-Carb: Served with diced cauliflower and medley of stir fry veggies
Vegetarian:  Asian style Stir fry with steamed basmati rice.

TUESDAY 21 JAN
Normal: Honey Mustard Chicken and broccoli bake – Savoury and sweet, this honey-mustard chicken bake with broccoli. Served with potato wedges.
Low Carb: Served sweet potato wedges.
Vegetarian: Honey eggplant bake – served with broccoli and potato wedges.

WEDNESDAY 22 JAN
Normal: Pork Bangers – with braised onions in a brown onion gravy served with mash, gravy, carrots and garden peas.
Low-Carb: served with sweet potato mash, shredded green beans and pumpkin.
Vegetarian: Vegan sausages – served with mash, gravy, carrots and garden peas.

BOX MEAL WED: Stock up your fridges with yummy meals.

THURSDAY 23 JAN
Normal: Thai Chicken Curry – Coconut curry with chicken and veg, served with rice
Low-Carb: Served with diced cauliflower
Vegetarian: Coconut veg curry – served with rice

FRIDAY 24 JAN
(Normal R90 // Ladies R65 // Family R260)
Normal: Steak Night – Aged steak with chips, burnt broccoli and a few carrots.
Low-Carb – served with Roast sweet potato, broccoli and pumpkin
Vegetarian: Vegetable kebab – Served with chips and veggies

SATURDAY  25 JAN
Normal: Chicken Ciaccatore – Cacciatore means “hunter” in Italian. In cuisine, alla cacciatora refers to a meal prepared “hunter-style” with onions, herbs, tomatoes, peppers and wine. Served with rice and butternut.
Low Carb: served with brown rice and butternut
Vegetarian: Eggplant parmesan – Served with rice and butternut

SUNDAY 26 JAN
Normal: Roast Pork – slow cooked from early in the morning and served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and slow cooked gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
