Weekly Menu: 13-19 January 2020

We had a nice ease into the new year last week and this coming week the kids go back to school – shoo wee having 3 kiddies is tough work lol.

See below the Menu for JANUARY 2020, home made fresh meals with lots of love.
The Calendar menu has a set meal everyday. If you don’t feel like say ‘Arrabbiata pasta’ on Wed the 15th, you can replace from our HOUSE MENU meals (which are available Monday to Friday).

We have a NEW VEGAN menu below too.

Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu (see below) to be in by 10am – as you are able to order a different meal from the House menu.

Weekly Menu: 13-19 January 2020

MONDAY 13 JAN
Normal: Butter Chicken – served with basmati rice, steamed green beans and sweet carrots.
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice, steamed green beans and steamed carrots.
Vegetarian: Coconut veg curry – served with basmati rice, steamed green beans and sweet carrots.

TUESDAY 14 JAN
Normal: Thai beef bowls with rice noodles – Presenting Thai beef bowls with rice noodles. It’s just as healthy as a salad, but about a billion times more flavourful.
Low-Carb: Served with cabbage and baby marrows
Vegetarian: Asian style Veg stir fry – full of flavour and served over rice noodles

WEDNESDAY 15 JAN
Normal: Arrabbiata bacon pasta – bacon, chilli, tomato and cream over penne. Served with a side of parmesan.
Low-Carb: Bolognaise sauce over baby marrow and carrot strings with a side of parmesan
Vegetarian: Chilli, tomato and mushroom – in a tomato herb sauce over penne pasta. Served with a side of parmesan.

THURSDAY 16 JAN
Normal: BBQ chicken breast with couscous – Chicken breast in a Smokey BBQ basting sauce, served with couscous and roasted veggies
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice and roasted veg
Vegetarian: Vegetable Kebabs – flame grilled served with cherry tomatoes and mint salsa. Served with couscous and roasted veg

FRIDAY 17 JAN
Normal: Beef Curry – soft beef in a mild curry served with yellow rice, pumpkin and garden peas. Served with sambal salad
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice, pumpkin and baby marrows and a side sambal salad
Vegetarian: Vegetable Dahl – served with yellow rice, pumpkin and garden peas and a side of sambal salad

SATURDAYΒ  18 JAN
Normal: Pasta Limone – Straight from Italy, this pasta dish has a bright creamy citrus flavour that is delicious alongside rilled chicken pieces using spaghetti pasta and a side of parmesan.
Low-Carb: served over baby marrow and carrot and pepper strings

SUNDAY 19 JAN
Normal: Roast Chicken – slow cooked from early in the morning and served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and slow cooked gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
