MONDAY 28 October
Normal: Seasame meatballs with Asian slaw – You’re going to love these tender, flavourful meatballs topped with seasame seeds and served with basmati rice, steamed green beans and braised cabbage.
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice, steamed green beans and braised cabbage.
Vegetarian: Cauliflower and cheddar balls served with basmati rice, steamed green beans and braised cabbage. With a side of sweet chilli sauce.

TUESDAY 29 October
Normal: NEW Parmesan Spring Chicken – Dish up an easy, delicious chicken dinner that’s full of spring flavours. The parmesan coating gives a satisfying crunch, and the meat inside stays tender. Chicken served with potatoes, garden peas and spinach.
Low-Carb: Grilled Chicken parmesan with green beans, spinach and sweet potato.
Vegetarian: Parmesan Spring Eggplant  – served with potatoes, garden peas and spinach.

WEDNESDAY 30 october
Normal: BBQ chicken breast with couscous – Chicken breast in a smokey BBQ basting sauce, served with couscous and roasted veggies
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice and roasted veg
Vegetarian: Vegetable Kebabs – flame grilled served with cherry tomatoes and mint salsa. Served with couscous and roasted veg

Due to our incredible load coming up, we will do box meals as you need by fitting it in on any day this week – you can choose from the House menu.

THURSDAY 31 October
Normal: NEW Meatloaf Delicious homemade meatloaf with mash potato, steamed broccoli and butternut.
Low-Carb: Served with sweet potato mash, steamed broccoli and butternut.
Vegetarian: Medley of summer roasted Veg – served with Quinoa with couscous and a side salad.

FRIDAY 1 November
Normal: NEW Mandarin Pork Stir-fry – Pork sautéed with garlic, ginger, mandarin’s and soy sauce, served with noodles and sautéed cabbage.
Low-Carb: Served with diced cauliflower and green beans.
Vegetarian: Baby Marrow Mandarin Stir-fry – served with rice and garden peas

SATURDAY 2 November
Normal: NEW Honey Mustard Chicken bake Savoury and sweet, this honey-mustard chicken bake is delicious! Served with broccoli and mash potatoes
Low Carb: Served with broccoli and sweet potato mash
Vegetarian: Honey eggplant bake – served with broccoli and mash potatoes

SUNDAY 3 November
Normal: Roast Beef served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
