Weekly Menu: 11-17 November 2019

Hello Everyone,

We hope you all having a nice weekend. This past week we wrapped up an exciting 4 months where we did a International reality show, was very cool and we meet very nice Producers and film crew. Its really sad when something ends, we were really grateful for the catering gig and our team was incredible as it was many late nights.

This week is SUCH a great week of meals, its many of our Signature Dishes that we do. See below the Menu for November 2019, home made fresh meals with lots of love. Please can you share our info with friends and family, we would be so grateful. Remember we custom make meals as you like to eat and preference and we have a House menu you can swop from.
Remember we do Salads too now with Summer here 🙂

On weekends with us being busy with functions and platters, we finding it harder to make meals from the House Menu, so we ask if you can keep to the meal on the day. Chat to us if you are needing something as we can try help.

Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu (see below) to be in by 10am – as you are able to order a different meal from the set menu below.

Weekly Menu: 11-17 November 2019

MONDAY 11 November
Normal: (Winner of a dish) Butternut Ravioli tossed with burnt sage in olive oil, a touch of basil and a few butternut squares served in a homemade tomato sauce and a side of parmesan cheese.
Low-Carb: Spinach, mushroom, butternut tossed with sage and basil and cherry tomatoes. Served with brown rice.

TUESDAY 12 November
Normal:  Chicken Lemone – Chicken breast cooked soft and tender in a buttery lemon broth then served with roast lemon potatoes, green beans and cauliflower
Low-Carb: Grilled lemon chicken breast with roasted sweet potato, green beans and cauliflower
Vegetarian: Eggplant Lemone – Served with green beans, cauliflower and lemon roasted potatoes.

WEDNESDAY 13 November
Normal: Beef Stroganoff – soft beef in a delicious creamy sauce with mushrooms, then served with mash, butternut and garden peas.
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice, butternut and baby marrows
Vegetarian: Mushroom Stroganoff served with mash, butternut and garden peas.

Wednesday Box meals list: Choice of below to make up 10 meals
Spring Chicken pot with rice and a veg
Beef Stroganoff with basmati rice, peas and carrots
Chicken Curry with yellow rice, butternut and green beans
Spaghetti Bolognaise with side of parmesan
Thai Chicken stir-fry over noodles with stir-fry veg
Grilled Hickory Smokey Chicken breast served with baby roasted potato and steamed veggies
Alfredo pasta
Chicken schnitzel with baby roasted potato and steamed veggies and topped with cheese sauce

THURSDAY 14 November
Normal: Thai chicken curry – Coconut curry with chicken and veg, served with basmati rice
Low-Carb: Served with diced cauliflower
Vegetarian: Coconut veg curry – served with basmati rice

FRIDAY  15 November
Normal: NEW Peppers, Ricotta and Smoked Chicken served in a  Primavera sauce – served with pasta.
Low-Carb – served with baby marrows and diced cauliflower.
Vegetarian: Pepper and Ricotta served in a Primavera sauce – served with pasta.

SATURDAY 16 November
Normal: Sweet n sour pork skewers with pine apple – served with vegetable fried rice
Low Carb: served with sweet potato wedges and veg
Vegetarian: Vegetable kebabs with pine apple – served with vegetable fried rice
Low Carb: served with sweet potato wedges and veg

SUNDAY 17 November
Normal: Roast chicken – served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and slow cooked gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice and roast potatoes
