Hoping you all are well and having a good weekend. We going into Mid August – where has the time gone. We wish many of the Dancers a great few shows this week, we here to help out to make supper time easier as there is lots of running around.
Butternut Ravioli is on Monday a real favourite! Lemone Chicken on Tuesday – a really great signature Freedom Foods dish. We doing our regular clients box meals but have no set menu – we just need to know if you needing box meals by Tuesday afternoon please. You can choose from the House Menu.
We are now VAT registered, exciting but also nerve wrecking as we still want everyone to enjoy their meals with us. We ask that when one wants to pay us, to please wait for us to issue you a tax invoice which we will do as we get the order. Box meal orders to please do the same. Please use your invoice number as payment reference so we can pick up the invoice payment – THANK YOU.

Remember, with our soups we can make a delicious homemade ciabatta style bread to go with for R20 a loaf.

Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu (see below) to be in by 10am – as you are able to order a different meal from the set menu below.

MONDAY 12 August
Normal: (Winner of a dish) Butternut Ravioli tossed with burnt sage in olive oil, a touch of basil and a few butternut squares served in a homemade tomato sauce and a side of parmesan cheese.
Low-Carb: Spinach, mushroom, butternut tossed with sage and basil and cherry tomatoes. Served with brown rice.

TUESDAY 13 August
Normal: (A Signature Dish) Chicken Lemone – Chicken breast cooked soft and tender in a buttery lemon broth then served with roast lemon potato’s, green beans and cauliflower
Low-Carb: Grilled lemon chicken breast with roasted sweet potato, green beans and cauliflower
Vegetarian: Eggplant Lemone – Served with green beans, cauliflower and lemon roasted potatoes.
WEDNESDAY 14 August
Normal: Beef Ragu – soft beef in a delicious sauce with onions, carrots and celery and served with rice, butternut and garden peas.
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice, butternut and baby marrows
Vegetarian: Vegetable Radu – served with rice, butternut and garden peas.
Box meal Wednesday: We can help with a few meals from the HOUSE MENU (below) but no set menu this week. Please send through by Tuesday afternoon please.

Normal: Thai chicken curry – Coconut curry with chicken and veg, served with basmati rice
