Weekly Menu: 29 July – 4 August 2019

MONDAY 29 July
Normal: Penne a la Vodka with Chicken – grilled chicken breast dressed with fresh herbs, served over penne pasta in a tomato vodka and cream sauce.
Low Carb: Grilled chicken breast with tomato vodka sauce, parmesan cheese and baby marrow and carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Penne a la Vodka – served with a side of parmesan cheese

TUESDAY 30 July
Normal: Chicken Parmesan – A crumbed chicken breast covered with our homemade tomato & parmesan sauce, topped with cheddar/mozzarella cheese mix & oven baked. Served with butternut, green beans and baby potatoes.
Low-Carb: Grilled Chicken parmesan with green beans, butternut and sweet potato.
Vegetarian: Eggplant Parmesan – Served with butternut, green beans and baby potato’s

WEDNESDAY 31 July
Normal: Beef Stroganoff – A regular favourite, meat is so soft and lots of flavour, served with rice, peas and carrots.
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice, green beans and butternut.
Vegetarian: Mushroom Stroganoff – with rice, peas and carrots.

Box meal Wednesday: 
We will start to do alternate Wednesdays as our team work 7 days a week (last week we did a rocking 20 sets!) We have regular clients we can make meals for, from the House Menu.

THURSDAY 1 August
Normal: BBQ Chicken breast – Served with couscous and roasted veg
Low-Carb: Grilled chicken breast with roasted sweet potato and roasted veg
Vegetarian: Baby marrow parmesan – Baby marrow crumbed and oven baked with homemade tomato sauce and cheese. Served with couscous and roasted veg.

FRIDAY 2 August  
Normal: Beef Burger – Homemade beef patty with cheese and salad garnish with a soft roll
Low-Carb: Beef burger (without the bun) with roast sweet potato and veggies
Vegetarian: Vegetable burger – Served with chunky chips and salad garnish

SATURDAY 3 August
Normal: Gourmet Mac n cheese – with bacon, corn, peppers and corriander
Low Carb: Mac n cheese with broccoli and cauliflower with bacon, corn, peppers and corriander
Vegetarian: Mac n cheese Tomato and mushrooms in a cheesy sauce over penne

SUNDAY 4 August
Normal: Roast Chicken served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
