Weekly Menu: 15-21 July 2019
MONDAY 15 July
Normal: Butternut and spinach Ravioli tossed with burnt sage in olive oil, a touch of basil and a few butternut squares served in a homemade tomato sauce and a side of parmesan cheese.
Low-Carb: Spinach, mushroom, butternut tossed with sage and basil and cherry tomatoes. Served with brown rice.

TUESDAY 16 July
Normal: Chicken Lemone – Chicken breast cooked soft and tender in a buttery lemon broth then served with roast lemon potato’s, green beans and cauliflower
Low-Carb – Grilled lemon chicken breast with roasted sweet potato, green beans and cauliflower
Vegetarian: Crumbed Baby Marrows – topped with mushroom sauce, cheddar cheese and a touch of garlic. Served with green beans, cauliflower and lemon roasted potatoes.
WEDNESDAY 17 July
Normal: Beef Curry – soft beef in a mild curry served with yellow rice, pumpkin and garden peas. Served with sambal salad
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice, pumpkin and baby marrows and a side sambal salad
Vegetarian: Vegetable Dahl – served with yellow rice, pumpkin and garden peas and a side of sambal salad
Box meal Wednesday: No box meals today, we can help with a few meals from the House menu but no set menu this week.
THURSDAY 18 July
Normal: Thai chicken curry – Coconut curry with chicken and veg, served with basmati rice
Low-Carb: Served with diced cauliflower
Vegetarian: Coconut veg curry – served with basmati rice
FRIDAY 19 July
Normal: Frikkadels – with mash, gravy and vegetable medley
Low-Carb – served with sweet potato mash, gem squash and broccoli
Vegetarian: Cauliflower and cheddar cheese balls – Served with sweet n sour sauce and served with mash, gem squash and broccoli
SATURDAY 20 July
Normal: Chicken burger – dressed with salad garnish and basil mayo, served with potato wedges
Low Carb: served with sweet potato wedges and veg
Vegetarian: Veg burgers – dressed with salad garnish and basil mayo, served with potato wedges
SUNDAY 21 July
Normal: Roast chicken – served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and slow cooked gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
