Hello Everyone,

Last day of June 2019, where has the time gone, we look forward to a great July of meals.

See below the Menu for July 2019, home made fresh meals with lots of love.

Remember, with our soups we can make a delicious homemade ciabatta style bread to go with for R20 a loaf.

Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu (see below) to be in by 10am

Weekly Menu: 1-7 July 2019

MONDAY 1 July
Normal: Chicken Curry – Mild chicken curry made with chicken breast and served with yellow rice, butternut and garden peas.
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice, green beans and pumpkin
Vegetarian: Coconut, lentil and sweet potato Curry – with yellow rice, butternut and garden peas.

TUESDAY 2 July
Normal: Mongolian beef and broccoli – Carrots, onions, ginger, garlic, soya sauce and chilli flakes served with pasta
Low-Carb: Served with cabbage and baby marrows
Vegetarian: Asian style Veg stir fry – served with pasta

WEDNESDAY 3 July (no Soups available on Wed)
Normal: Indian Meatball Curry – A classic Indian beef meatball (aka kofta) dish for all those who love meatballs and mild spicy sauces. Served with peas, pumpkin, basmati rice and a side of sambal salad.
Low-Carb: Served with diced cauliflower rice, pumpkin and green beans.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Dahl – served with basmati rice, pumpkin and a few peas and a side of sambal salad.

THURSDAY 4 July
Normal:  Alfredo pasta – Creamy sauce with ham and mushrooms over penne pasta
Low-Carb: served over baby marrow and carrot and pepper strings
Vegetarian: Spinach and mushroom – in a white wine garlic and cream sauce over penne

FRIDAY 5 July
Normal: Beef Burger – Homemade beef patty with cheese and salad garnish with a soft roll
Low-Carb – Beef burger (without the bun) with roast sweet potato and veggies
Vegetarian: Vegetable burger – Served with chunky chips and salad garnish

SATURDAY 6 July
Normal: Gourmet Mac n cheese – with bacon, corn, peppers and corriander
Low Carb: Mac n cheese with broccoli and cauliflower with bacon, corn, peppers and corriander
Vegetarian: Mac n cheese Tomato and mushrooms in a cheesy sauce over penne

SUNDAY 7 July
Normal: Roast Chicken served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
