We hope you all keeping warm, so happy we survived the exams and can’t believe Break Up happens this week already!

See below the Menu for June 2019, home made fresh meals with lots of love.
Friday is signature dishLemone Chicken, a real winner!
Remember, with our soups we can make a delicious homemade ciabatta style bread to go with for R20 a loaf.

Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu (see below) to be in by 10am

Weekly Menu: 10-16 June 2019

MONDAY 10 June
Normal: Sweet ‘n Sour Chicken – with stir fry over linguini pasta
Low-Carb:  Stir fry chicken with soya, ginger, garlic and coriander served with stir fry veg
Vegetarian: Cauliflower and cheddar nuggets served with sweet n sour sauce and stir fry veg over linguini.

Normal: Butter Chicken – A creamy Indian dish made with chicken breast, Indian aromatics and yogurt. Served with steamed pumpkin, garden peas and basmati rice.
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice, pumpkin and green beans.
Vegetarian: Sauteed cauliflower and mushrooms – in a curry yogurt sauce. Served with basmati rice, pumpkin and garden peas.

Normal: Alfredo Pasta –  Ham and Mushrooms in a creamy white wine and garlic sauce over penne pasta and a side of parmesan cheese.
Low-Carb: Cauliflower, sweet potato, mushroom and ham with a touch of white wine and garlic and oven baked.
Vegetarian: Spinach and mushrooms – in a creamy white wine and garlic sauce over penne pasta and a side of parmesan cheese.

Normal: Braised Beef – with onions, served with mash, butternut and green beans
Low-Carb: Served with beetroot, green beans and sweet potato mash
Vegetarian: Braised Vegetable Medley – served with mash, butternut and green beans

FRIDAY 14 June
Normal: Chicken Lemone – Chicken breast cooked soft and tender in a buttery lemon broth then served with Lemon potato’s, burnt broccoli and cinnamon carrots
Low-Carb – Served with roasted sweet potato, pumpkin and burnt broccoli
Vegetarian: Crumbed Baby Marrows – topped with a herby tomato sauce then mozzarella cheese and then oven baked. Served with Lemon potato’s, burnt broccoli and cinnamon carrots

Normal: Mac n cheese – with bacon, corn, peppers and coriander with a cheesy sauce
Low Carb: Served over diced cauliflower
Vegetarian: Mac n cheese  with corn and coriander

SUNDAY 16 June
Normal: Roast Chicken served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
