We now doing Soups Monday to Friday – a Butternut flavour and Roasted tomato soup, they R40 a pouch.
Wednesday is a Public holiday with Voting Day and we will be OPEN doing just the meal on the menu and the Box Meals will be made on Thursday this week.
We appreciate the payments made this week, there are just a handful left and if they can please be sorted ASAP. The new bank details are below too.

Normal: Sweet ‘n Sour Chicken – with noodles and veg
Low-Carb: Sauteed chicken with stir fry vegetables.
Vegetarian: Sauteed vegetables with cauliflower and cheddar balls topped with sweet n sour sauce and served with noodles
TUESDAY 7 May
Normal: Butter Chicken – A creamy Indian dish made with chicken breast. Served with butternut, garden peas and basmati rice.
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice, pumpkin and green beans.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Dahl – served with basmati rice, butternut and garden peas and a side of sambal salad.
WEDNESDAY 8 May PUBLIC HOLIDAY
Normal: Alfredo Pasta – Ham and Mushrooms in a creamy white sauce over penne pasta and a side of parmesan cheese.
Low-Carb: served with baby marrows and carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Spinach and mushrooms – in a creamy sauce over penne pasta and a side of parmesan cheese.
THURSDAY 2 May
Normal: Braised Beef – with onions, served with mash, pumpkin and green beans
Low-Carb: served with cauliflower, broccoli and sweet potato mash
Vegetarian: Mushrooms, lentils and vegetable stew – served with mash
