FRIDAY is LEGENDARY RIBS and on SUNDAY we doing ROAST GREEK LAMB

Our Prices per meal have gone up slightly, our portions are nice and big and this will never change:) See the prices below.

For our Monthly clients – we have a new Business ABSA account that we will send you with the monthly account, just so you know our payments will need to be made into the new account coming up. We excited to let you know that Freedom Foods Country Kitchen is now registered too!

See below the calendar for APRIL where we have done a daily meal planner to see what we are doing day by day. Remember you can order from the House Menu if you want something different to what is on the menu for the day.
Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu (see below) to be in by 10am.

On Wednesday we make our Box meals: Stock up your freezer with 10 meals custom made to how you like it, dated and labelled… no dishes and cooking, our containers are microwaveable.

Weekly Menu: 22 – 28 April 2019

MONDAY 22 April EASTER MONDAY
Normal: Cashew nut chicken – served with stir fry veg over linguini and a few cashew nuts.
Low-Carbserved over stir fry veg with cashew nuts.
Vegetarian: Stir fry Veggies – with cashew nuts and served over linguini.

TUESDAY 23 April
Normal: Babootie – served with yellow rice, butternut and peas
Low-Carb:  Served with brown rice, green beans and cauliflower
Vegetarian: Vegetable babootie – served with yellow rice, butternut and peas

WEDNESDAY 24 April
Normal: Chicken parmesan – served with roast potato’s, broccoli and carrots.
Low-Carb:  Grilled chicken topped with homemade tomato sauce and cheddar and then oven grilled. Served with roasted sweet potato, broccoli and carrots
Vegetarian: Eggplant parmesan – served with broccoli, carrots and roast potato’s.

THURSDAY 25 April
Normal: Chicken Pad Thai – Our Pad Thai is characterized by rich, vibrant flavours of chicken breast sautéed with garlic, ginger, coriander, red chilli flakes, soya and vinegar, tossed in our home made Pad Thai sauce. Served on a bed of rice noodles, topped with scrambled egg, green onion and crushed peanuts.
Low-Carb: Sautéed chicken with peppers, coriander, ginger, soya and onions. Served with braised cabbage.
Vegetarian: Thai coconut veg curry – with lentil rice

FRIDAY 26 April (FAMILY PORTION R230 // NORMAL R90 // LADIES R60)
Normal: LEGENDARY RIBS – Served with chunky chips
Low-Carb – served with roast sweet potato
Vegetarian: Vegetable burger – Served with chunky chips and salad garnish

SATURDAY 27 April
Normal: Chicken Curry – with basmati rice, sambal, garden peas and pumpkin
Low Carb: Served with brown rice, pumpkin, green beans and sambal
Vegetarian: Vegetable curry with basmati rice, sambal, garden peas and pumpkin

SUNDAY 28 April (FAMILY PORTION R250 // NORMAL R90 // LADIES R60)
Normal: Roast Greek Lamb – marinated with yogurt, garlic and rosemary then slow cooked and served with rice, lemon roast potatoes, vegetable medley and slow cooked gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
