FRIDAY IS LEGENDARY RIBS DAY:)
This week we tried new packaging and it went well, for our regulars we will try phase these in for April.

On Wednesday we make our Box meals: Stock up your freezer with 10 meals custom made to how you like it, dated and labelled… no dishes and cooking, our containers are microwaveable.
See below the calendar for March where we have done a daily meal planner to see what we are doing day by day. Remember you can order from the House Menu if you want something different to what is on the menu for the day.
Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu (see below) to be in by 10am.

Weekly Menu: 25th – 31st March 2019
MONDAY 25th March
Normal: Chicken Parmesan – A crumbed chicken breast covered with our homemade tomato & parmesan sauce, topped with cheddar/mozzarella cheese mix & oven baked. Served with roasted lemon potatoes and green beans and pumpkin.
Low-Carb: Grilled chicken breast – topped with our parmesan tomato sauce & cheese mix, oven baked. Served with green beans, pumpkin and roasted sweet potato.
Vegetarian: Eggplant Parmesan: Slices of crumbed eggplant covered with our homemade tomato & parmesan sauce, topped with cheddar/mozzarella mix & oven baked. Served with roasted lemon potatoes and green beans and pumpkin.
TUESDAY 26th March
Normal: Carbonara Pasta – Ham, mushroom & bacon in a creamy herb, garlic & white wine sauce, served over pasta.
Gluten Free: Served with gluten free penne pasta.
Low-Carb: Served with baby marrow & carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Spinach & Mushroom – in a creamy herb, garlic & white wine sauce, served over pasta.
WEDNESDAY 27th March
Normal: Thai Green Chicken Curry – with lovely Thai fragments using chicken breast. Served with butternut and basmati rice.
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice and butternut.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Coconut Thai curry – Served with butternut and basmati rice.

Normal: LEGENDARY RIBS – served with chips
Low-Carb – Served with sweet potato wedges
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Burger – topped with feta, caramelized onions and served with a salad garnish and a few chips.
SATURDAY 30th March
Normal: Pork Adobo – made with succulent pork braised in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and onions. A delicious balance of salty and savoury, this hearty stew is the Philippines national dish for good reason! Served with mash and veg medley.
Vegetarian: Lentil and mushroom cottage pie
SUNDAY 31st March
Normal: Roast Chicken – served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and slow cooked gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
