Weekly Menu: 11th – 17th March 2019

MONDAY 11th March
Normal: Arrabbiata Pasta: Denoting a mild spicy pasta sauce made with tomatoes and chilli. Bacon, tomato and some fresh chillies in our homemade tomato sauce and served over pasta.
Low-Carb/Gluten Free: Served over baby marrow and carrot spinach.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Arrabbiata Pasta: Tomato, chilli and baby marrows in our homemade tomato sauce and served over pasta.

TUESDAY 12th March
Normal: Chicken Marsala – The Chicken breast fillet is sliced and sautéed with mushrooms, mustard, garlic, white wine, marsala wine and a touch of tomato paste. The dish is served with butternut, green beans and garlic mash.
Low-Carb:  served with butternut, green beans and sweet potato mash.
Vegetarian: Mushroom Marsala – served with butternut, green beans and garlic mash.

WEDNESDAY 13th March
Normal: Mongolian Beef – Thin sliced topside strips marinated with ginger, garlic, coriander and chilli flakes. The beef is soft, silky and smooth – Mongolian Beef is an incredible family loved stir-fry! The dish is served with egg fried rice.
Low-Carb:  Served with egg fried brown rice.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian stir-fry – served with egg fried rice.

THURSDAY 14th March
Normal: Chicken Pad Thai – Our Pad Thai is characterized by rich, vibrant flavours of chicken breast sautéed with garlic, ginger, coriander, red chilli flakes, soya and vinegar, tossed in our home made Pad Thai sauce. Served on a bed of rice noodles, topped with scrambled egg, green onion and crushed peanuts.
Low-Carb:  Served with carrot and baby marrows strings.
Vegetarian: Pad Thai – served stir-fry veg, rice noodles and topped with Pad Thai sauce.

FRIDAY 15th March
Normal: Indian Meatball Curry – A classic Indian beef meatball (aka kofta) dish for all those who love meatballs and mild spicy sauces. Served with peas, pumpkin, basmati rice and a side of sambal salad.
Low-Carb: Served with diced cauliflower rice, pumpkin and green beans.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Dahl – served with basmati rice, pumpkin and a few peas and a side of sambal salad.

SATURDAY 16th March
Normal: Cheese Beef Burger – A homemade beef burger served on a seeded roll with a side salad garnish and chips.
Low-Carb: Served side salad garnish with sweet potato wedges.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Burger – served with chips and a side salad garnish.

SUNDAY 17th March
Normal: Roast Chicken – served with rice, roast potato’s, vegetable medley and gravy.
