With the last few days of January approaching we have a classic selection of meals this week as we say Hello to February on Friday with our Steak Night.

On Wednesday we will be making our Box meals: Stock up your freezer with 10 meals custom made to how you like it, dated and labelled… no dishes and cooking, our containers are microwaveable.
On Wednesday we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.
Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu to be in by 10am.

MONDAY 28th Jan
Normal: Chicken Parma – A crumbed chicken breast covered with our homemade tomato & parmesan sauce, topped with cheddar/mozzarella cheese mix & oven baked. Served with sautéed potatoes and vegetable medley.
Low-Carb: Grilled chicken breast – topped with our parmesan tomato sauce & cheese mix, oven baked. Served with green beans, cauliflower and sweet potato.
Vegetarian: Eggplant Parmesan: Slices of crumbed eggplant covered with our homemade tomato & parmesan sauce, topped with cheddar/mozzarella mix & oven baked. Served with sautéed potatoes and vegetable medley.
TUESDAY 29th Jan
Normal: Carbonara Pasta – Ham, mushroom & bacon in a creamy herb, garlic & white wine sauce, served over penne pasta.
Gluten Free: Served with gluten free penne pasta.
Low-Carb: Served with baby marrow & carrot strings with a little gem squash on the side.
Vegetarian: Spinach & Mushroom – in a creamy herb, garlic & white wine sauce, served over penne pasta.
WEDNESDAY 30th Jan
Normal: Sweet ‘n Sour Chicken Stir-fry – Thin sliced chicken with stir-fry veggies on a bed on rice, glazed with our homemade sweet ‘n sour sauce.
Low-Carb: Stir-fry Veg – topped with thin sliced chicken.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Stir-Fry – stir-fry veggies with cashew nuts and sweet ‘n sour sauce, served with rice.

Normal: Beef Curry – with yellow rice, butternut, peas & side of sambal salad.
Low-Carb: Served with diced cauliflower, green beans & side of Low Carb sambal salad.
Vegetarian: Coconut Veg Curry – served yellow rice, butternut, peas & side sambal salad.
FRIDAY 1st Feb [Steak Night – Standard (R85)/ Ladies (R55)/ Kiddies (R45)]
Normal: Sirloin Steak – flamed grilled with our homemade basting sauce, served with a baked potato & burnt garlic broccoli.
Low-Carb: Served with broccoli and roasted sweet potato.
Vegetarian: Veg Kebabs – served with burnt broccoli & baked potato.
SATURDAY 2nd Feb
Normal: Chicken Burger & Chips – A grilled chicken breast with touch hickory smoke basting, topped with basil mayo dressing served on a seeded roll with a side salad garnish & potato chips.
Low-Carb: Grilled Chicken Breast – with steamed veggies medley.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Burger – served with potato chips & side salad garnish.

Normal: Roast Leg of Pork – served with rice, roast potatoes, gravy & vegetable medley.
