Weekly Menu: 14th – 20th January 2019
MONDAY 14th Jan – NEW MEATLESS MONDAY (but you can order from the House Menu if you feel for a meat dish)
Normal: Arrabbiata Pasta: Denoting a mild spicy pasta sauce made with tomatoes and chilli. Bacon, tomato and some fresh chillies in our homemade tomato sauce and served over pasta screws.
Low-Carb/Gluten Free: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Arrabbiata Pasta: Tomato, chilli and basil in our homemade tomato sauce and served over pasta screws.
TUESDAY 15th Jan
Normal: Chicken Marsala – The Chicken breast fillet is sliced and sautéed with mushrooms, mustard, garlic, white wine, marsala wine and a touch of tomato paste. The dish is served with a potato rosti, green beans and cauliflower.
Low-Carb: served with sweet potato rosti, green beans and cauliflower.
Vegetarian: Mushroom Marsala – Thinly sliced mushrooms sautéed in mustard, garlic, white wine, Marsala wine and tomato paste. Served with a potato rosti, green beans and cauliflower.
WEDNESDAY 16th Jan
Normal: Mongolian Beef & Broccoli – Thin sliced topside strips marinated with ginger, garlic, coriander and chilli flakes. The beef is soft, silky and smooth plus the addition of broccoli turns Mongolian Beef into an incredible family loved stir-fry! The dish is served with savoury rice.
Low-Carb: Served with sautéed spinach, mushrooms and a little cabbage.
Vegetarian: Black Bean Broccoli Spinach & Mushrooms – sautéed with garlic, ginger, chilli flakes and cabbage and served with savoury rice.

THURSDAY 17th Jan
Normal: Chicken Pad Thai – Our Pad Thai is characterized by rich, vibrant flavours of chicken breast sautéed with garlic, ginger, coriander, red chilli flakes, soya and vinegar, tossed in our home made Pad Thai sauce. Served on a bed of rice noodles, topped with scrambled egg, green onion and crushed peanuts.
Low-Carb: Served with gem squash and baby marrows.
Vegetarian: Pad Thai – served stir-fry veg, rice noodles and topped with Pad Thai sauce.

Authentic Chicken Curry
With a mixture of spices, curry leaves and coriander. Served with rice, peas and carrots
Lamb pieces mixed with cuisine spice, cubed potato’s and coriander
In a butter sauce. A mixture of spices with plain yogurt and fresh cream. Served with rice or rotti and peas and carrots
All served with onion sambal and a Dhai (yogurt mix with spice and coriander)
FRIDAY 18th Jan
Normal: Indian Meatball Curry – A classic Indian beef meatball (aka kofta) dish for all those who love meatballs and mild spicy sauces! Served with basmati rice, garden peas and butternut with a side sambal salad.
Low-Carb: Served with diced cauliflower rice, butternut and green beans.
Vegetarian: Chick Pea, lentil, beetroot and coriander balls – served with Indian curry sauce, basmati rice, butternut and green beans.
SATURDAY 19th Jan
Normal: Chicken Burger – A Chicken breast fillet grilled with our hickory smoke basting sauce, served on a seeded roll with a side salad garnish and a few potato wedges.
Low-Carb – served side salad garnish with sweet potato wedges.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Burger – served with potato wedges and side salad garnish.
SUNDAY 20th Jan
Normal: Roast Beef – served with rice, vegetable medley and gravy.
