We hoping you all having a great weekend:) Its the monthly count down to Christmas now, wow but this year has really flown!
Stock up your freezer with our Box meals made on Wednesday’s to avoid having to hit the busy malls.
For our Monthly clients the invoices will be going out early this week.
This week Monday we doing a Delicious Chicken Parma and on Thursday we doing our signature Chicken Pad Thai… Friday is LEGENDARY RIBS!!

MONDAY 26th Nov
Normal: Chicken Parma: A chicken breast fillet crumbed with Japanese panko crumbs then topped with homemade tomato herb sauce. Oven baked with mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan cheese. Served with steamed broccoli, diced carrots and baby roasted potato’s
Low-Carb/Gluten Free: Grilled chicken breast topped with a herb tomato sauce and cheese medley. Served with roasted sweet potato, steamed broccoli and beetroot.
Vegetarian: Eggplant Parmesan – Flame grilled eggplant, crumbed with panko crumbs topped with our homemade herb tomato sauce then oven baked with three cheese medley. Served with baby potato’s, broccoli and a few carrots.
TUESDAY 27th Nov
Normal: Mild Steak Mince Curry – served with basmati rice, cinnamon pumpkin and green beans.
Low-Carb/Gluten Free: Served with pumpkin, green beans and diced cauliflower rice.
Vegetarian: Coconut veg curry – served with basmati rice, cinnamon pumpkin and green beans.
Normal: Carbonara Pasta – Bacon, ham and mushrooms in a creamy sauce over penne pasta.
Low-Carb/Gluten Free: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Spinach and mushroom – in a creamy sauce over penne pasta.

Normal: Chicken Pad Thai – Chicken breast sautéed with garlic, ginger, coriander, red chilli flakes, soya and vinegar then tossed in our home made pad thai sauce. Served over rice noodles topped with scrambled egg, green onions and peanuts.
Low-Carb/Gluten Free: Chicken stir-fry with soya, ginger, coriander and red chilli flakes. Served with stir-fry veggies.
Vegetarian: Veggie Pad Thai – stir-fry veggies served over rice noodles and pad thai sauce topped with peanuts, green onions and scrambled egg.
FRIDAY 30th Nov
Normal: Legendary RIBS and chips
Low-Carb/Gluten Free: Served with roasted sweet potato.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian burger with caramelized onions, basil mayo and chips.
Normal: Pasta Prima Vera – steamed veggies in a tomato and basil sauce served over linguini pasta with a side of parmesan cheese.
Low-Carb/Gluten Free: Steamed veggies in a light tomato sauce and basil sauce.Served with sautéed mushrooms and spinach
SUNDAY 2nd Dec
Normal: Roast Topside Beef – served with rice, gravy, roast potato and vegetable medley.
