Weekly Menu: 19th – 25th November 2018

We hoping you all having a great weekend:)  Its getting so much closer to Christmas time, this year has flown by… We grateful to all of you and would really appreciate if you can forward our weekly menu to friends and family. We deliver over the mountain every day, even weekends.
Stock up your freezer with our Box meals made on Wednesday’s to avoid having to hit the busy malls.

This week Tues we doing a NEW Greek lamb with yogurt and lemon potato’s dish and on Fri we doing a BBQ chicken pita with potato salad… exciting week ahead.

Below is some more info about the menu’s that we do on the different days. Wednesday’s are our Standard BOX MEAL DAYS (custom make your box meals by ordering from the House menu below)Chat to us if there are any specific meals you want to eat.
Remember on Wednesday’s we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.

We have taken the banting version off the weekly breakdown and doing a Low Carb version (most of our clients are Low Carb, let us know if you want strictly banting though because we can still do the banting🙂

See below the calendar for NOVEMBER where we have done a daily meal planner to see what we are doing day by day. Remember you can order from the House Menu if you want something different to what is on the menu for the day.

Below is this weeks menu for the week. We love to cook and happy to help make your dinner time easier, more time for everything else. No dishes, no shopping, no running around… just a delicious nutritious meal for the family. We deliver to your home a freshly made meal on the day and can even organize a monthly bill to make it easier.

Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.
We are making meals on Saturday and Sunday from the House Menu.

Weekly Menu: 19th – 25th November 2018

MONDAY 19th Nov
Normal: Chicken Cacciatore: A chicken breast fillet topped with a slow cooked tomato sauce, basil and a few mixed peppers, red wine and a touch of garlic. Served with garlic mash and butternut.
Low-Carb/Gluten/Lactose Free:  Served with diced cauliflower and gem squash.
Vegetarian: Grilled Eggplant – stuffed with peppers and our homemade tomato sauce. Served with garlic mash and butternut.

TUESDAY 20th Nov
Normal: Greek Style Lamb – Lamb marinated over night in yogurt, garlic and aromatics then slow roasted in the oven. Served with lemon herb potato’s and roasted vegetable medley.
Low-Carb:  Served with roasted sweet potato and mixed vegetable medley.
Vegetarian: Roasted Veg medley served with couscous.

Normal: Stir-fry Chicken – with ginger, coriander, garlic and a touch of soya sauce. Topped with cashew nuts and served with rice.
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice and stir-fry veggies.
Vegetarian: Cashew nut and vegetable stir-fry – with sweet n sour sauce.  

Normal: Bacon and mushroom pasta in a creamy sauce – served over penne pasta.

* Gluten free pasta available too
Low-Carb:  served with baby marrows and carrot strings.
: Spinach and mushroom pasta – in a creamy sauce served over penne pasta.

FRIDAY 23rd Nov
Normal: Chicken Pita pocket – A pita pocket stuffed with a grilled chicken breast, basil mayo, diced onion, tomato, cucumber and shredded lettuce. Served with potato salad.
Low-Carb: Grilled Chicken breast with roasted sweet potato and steamed veggies.
: Hickory basted flame grilled eggplant – in a pita pocket and served with potato salad.

Normal: Beef Stroganoff – served with steamed rice, green beans and butternut.
Low-Carb: Served with green beans, cauliflower and gem squash.
: Mushroom Stroganoff served with steamed rice, green beans and butternut.

SUNDAY 25th Nov
Normal: Roast Lemon chicken – with rice, roast potato and vegetable medley.
