Weekly Menu: 12th – 18th November 2018

We hoping you all having a great weekend:)  Lovely that the wind has dropped a little:)

Our newer lighter dishes have been really a hit – have had lovely feedback.
This week Tues we doing a Chicken, basil pesto pasta and on Wed is our divine Roast Gammon then Fri we doing a Sirloin Steak… great week ahead!

Below is some more info about the menu’s that we do on the different days. Wednesday’s are our Standard BOX MEAL DAYS (order this week from the House menu)Chat to us if there are any specific meals you want to eat.
Remember on Wednesday’s we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.

We have taken the banting version off the weekly breakdown and doing a Low Carb version (most of our clients are Low Carb, let us know if you want strictly banting though because we can still do the banting🙂

See below the calendar for NOVEMBER where we have done a daily meal planner to see what we are doing day by day. Remember you can order from the House Menu if you want something different to what is on the menu for the day.

Below is this weeks menu for the week. We love to cook and happy to help make your dinner time easier, more time for everything else. No dishes, no shopping, no running around… just a delicious nutritious meal for the family. We deliver to your home a freshly made meal on the day and can even organize a monthly bill to make it easier.

Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.
We are making meals on Saturday and Sunday from the House Menu.

Weekly Menu: 12th – 18th November 2018

MONDAY 12th Nov
Normal: Asian Style Beef Stir-Fry: with ginger, garlic, coriander, soya and black bean paste. Served with stir-fry veg and steamed rice.
Low-Carb/Gluten Free:  with brown rice & stir-fry veg.
Vegetarian: Stir-fry veggies – with ginger, garlic, coriander, soya and black bean paste. Served with steamed rice.

TUESDAY 13th Nov
Normal: Chicken Basil Pesto Pasta – served with roasted cherry tomatoes, penne pasta and side parmesan cheese.
Low-Carb: Grilled Chicken Breast – topped with fresh basil, roasted cherry tomatoes and a touch of red wine vinegar. Served with gem squash and green beans.
Vegetarian: Broccoli, Mushroom & Roasted Cherry Tomatoes – with fresh basil over penne pasta with side parmesan cheese.

Normal: Roast Gammon – cooked with mustard and gloves. Served with potato bake and broccoli.
Low-Carb: Served with roasted sweet potato and steamed broccoli.
Vegetarian: Butternut Ravioli – tossed in burnt butter, sage and basil. Topped with our homemade tomato sauce. Served with butternut and shaved parmesan.  
Box meal Wed: Choose from The House Menu to make up 10

Normal: Chicken Lemone – Chicken breast dusted in corn flour and shallow fried in a light egg butter with lemon juice and chicken broth. Served with a vegetable medley and lemon roasted potatoes.
Low-Carb:  served with lemon roasted sweet potato and vegetable medley.
Vegetarian: Eggplant Parmesan – with vegetable medley and roasted lemon potatoes.

FRIDAY 16th Nov (Normal and Low Carbs R85, Ladies R55, Family Portion R220)
Normal: Steak Night – aged sirloin steak, served with baby potatoes and burnt broccoli.
Low-Carb: Served with burnt broccoli, cauliflower rosti & side salad.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Kebab – with baby potatoes and burnt broccoli.

Normal: Beef & Ale Pie – served with peas, carrots and mash potatoes.
Low-Carb: Beef & Ale Casserole – with brown rice, green beans & wilted tomatoes.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Casserole – with peas, carrots and mash potatoes.

SUNDAY 18th Nov
Normal: Roast Beef – with rice, gravy, roast potato and vegetable medley.
