We doing a few NEW dishes this week – we doing a Cuban Style Shredded Beef on Thursday and a Grilled Chicken breast with honey lime on Friday.
We have a NEW NUMBER: 082 603 3518 – we are trying to streamline all the orders and queries onto this line. Its setup for Whattapp and Messenger:) We will send out a message to everyone that we have contacts for:) Darren and Sarah can still be contacted on our lines, just so you know:)

Below is some more info about the menu’s that we do on the different days. Wednesday’s are our Standard BOX MEAL DAYS (see menu under weekly menu). Chat to us if there are any specific meals you want to eat.
Remember on Wednesday’s we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.
We have taken the banting version off the weekly breakdown and doing a Low Carb version (most of our clients are Low Carb, let us know if you want strictly banting though because we can still do the banting🙂

Below is this weeks menu for the week. We love to cook and happy to help make your dinner time easier, more time for everything else. No dishes, no shopping, no running around… just a delicious nutritious meal for the family. We deliver to your home a freshly made meal on the day and can even organize a monthly bill to make it easier.
Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.
We are making meals on Saturday and Sunday from the House Menu.

Weekly Menu: 15th – 21st October 2018
MONDAY 15th Oct
Normal: Thai Chicken Coconut Curry – (a flavourful and mild spicy chicken breast dish) served with rice and green beans.
Low-Carb: Served with diced cauliflower and green beans
Vegetarian: Coconut Veg curry – served with rice and green beans.
TUESDAY 16th Oct
Normal: Lamb Ragu – Tender lamb served with garlic mash, broccoli and carrots.
Low-Carb: Served with sweet potato mash, broccoli and carrots.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Ragu – served with garlic mash, broccoli and carrots.
WEDNESDAY 17th Oct
Normal: Baked Penne Bolognaise – Lean beef mince over penne then topped with cheese and oven baked.
Low-Carb: Bolognaise over baby marrow and carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Bolognaise – over penne topped with cheese and oven baked.

Low-Carb: Grilled Chicken Breast – served with sweet potato wedges and vegetable medley.
Vegetarian: Veggie Burger – on a soft roll with a side of veggies and potato wedges.
SATURDAY 20th Oct
Normal: Vegetarian Napolitana Pasta – steamed veggies in a homemade tomato and herb sauce served over pasta.
Low-Carb: served over carrot and baby marrow strings.
SUNDAY 21st Oct
(Closed – catering only for regular and guest houses)
TBC : Roast Chicken – served with rice, roast potatoes and vegetable medley.
