We hoping you all having a great weekend. We had a busy week last week, hoping those who supported Fish Hoek Primary’s Mulan play – enjoyed our food:)
Its this time of the year companies start to plan their year-end Functions, please think of us and let us email you our Platter Menu, we can do something really special:)
We look forward to serving you a awesome line up of meals this week, we have our Chicken Marsala on Monday, Penne a la Vodka on Wednesday – a wonderful dish! and Chicken Pad Thai on Friday:)
Below is some more info about the menu’s that we do on the different days. Wednesday’s are our Standard BOX MEAL DAYS (see menu under weekly menu). Chat to us if there are any specific meals you want to eat.
Remember on Wednesday’s we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.
We have taken the banting version off the weekly breakdown and doing a Low Carb version (most of our clients are Low Carb, let us know if you want strictly banting though because we can still do the banting:)
Below is this weeks menu for the week. Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.

Weekly Menu: 17th – 23rd September 2018
MONDAY 17th September
Normal: Chicken Marsala – (Signature dish) Tender boneless Breast of chicken sauteed in a Marsala wine sauce with sliced Mushrooms. Served with steamed butternut, green beans and sautéed potato’s with a touch of green peppers and garlic.
Low Carb: Served with sautéed sweet potato’s with peppers, cinnamon butternut and a few green beans.
Vegetarian: Mushroom marsala – Served with steamed butternut, green beans and sautéed potato’s with a touch of green peppers and garlic.
TUESDAY 18th September
Normal: Beef Curry – with basmati rice, sambal salad, pumpkin and a few garden peas.
Low Carb: Served with diced cauliflower rice, sambal, pumpkin and a few baby marrows.
Vegetarian: Vegetable and Lentil curry – with basmati rice, sambal salad, pumpkin and a few garden peas.
WEDNESDAY 19th September
Normal: Penne a la Vodka with chicken – (Signature dish) Served over penne pasta and a side of parmesan cheese.
Low Carb: Herb roasted chicken with steamed vegetable medley.
Vegetarian: Vegetables in a tomato creamy vodka sauce – served over penne pasta and a side of parmesan cheese.
THURSDAY 20th September
Normal: Pulled Pork – Served with garlic mash, carrots and broccoli.
Low Carb: Served with steamed broccoli, roasted beetroot and sweet potato garlic mash.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Ragu – Served with garlic mash, carrots and broccoli.
FRIDAY 21st September
Normal: Chicken Pad Thai – (Seriously great dish!) Thinly sliced chicken breast, fresh chillies, scrambled egg, green onions in a Pad Thai sauce topped with chopped roasted peanuts. Served over rice noodles.
Low Carb: Served over stir-fry Vegetables.
Vegetarian: Thai style stir-fry – over rice noodles.
SATURDAY 22nd September
Normal: Chicken Burger – served with potato wedges and a side salad garnish.
Low Carb: Grilled Chicken breast served with vegetables and sweet potato wedges.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Burger – served with potato wedges and a side salad garnish.
SUNDAY 23rd September
Normal: Roast Chicken – served with rice, gravy and vegetable medley and roast potato’s
Vegetarian: Roasted Vegetable medley served with rice and roast potato’s.
