Just a reminder for Platters and Events we need to have them booked 2/3 weeks before so we can roster our staff and make sure we have stock etc.
Below is some more info about the menu’s that we do on the different days. Wednesday’s are our Standard BOX MEAL DAYS (see menu under weekly menu). Chat to us if there are any specific meals you want to eat.
Remember on Wednesday’s we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.
We have taken the banting version off the weekly breakdown and doing a Low Carb version (most of our clients are Low Carb, let us know if you want strictly banting though because we can still do the banting🙂

Below is this weeks menu for the week. We love to cook and happy to help make your dinner time easier, more time for everything else. No dishes, no shopping, no running around… just a delicious nutritious meal for the family. We deliver to your home a freshly made meal on the day and can even organize a monthly bill to make it easier.
Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.
We are making meals on Saturday and Sunday from the House Menu.

Weekly Menu: 3rd – 9th September 2018
MONDAY 3rd September
Normal: Lemone Chicken – (Signature dish) A chicken breast dusted in flour then pan fried with fresh lemon juice and chicken broth. Served with cauliflower, carrots and lemon roasted potato’s.
Low Carb: Grilled Lemon chicken breast. Served with cauliflower, beetroot and lemon sweet potato’s.
Vegetarian: Cauliflower and Broccoli bake – served with beetroot and lemon potato’s.
TUESDAY 4th September
Normal: Beef Stroganoff – We have worked on this dish and its become and favourite! Served with green beans, pumpkin and steamed rice.
Low Carb: Served with green beans, pumpkin and diced cauliflower.
Vegetarian: Mushroom Stroganoff – Served with green beans, pumpkin and steamed rice.
WEDNESDAY 5th September
Normal: Arrabbiata Pasta – Served over penne pasta and a side of parmesan cheese.
Low Carb: Served with baby marrow, peppers and carrot strings and a side of parmesan cheese.
Vegetarian: Tomato, chilli, mushrooms and spinach Pasta – in a creamy tomato sauce served over penne pasta and a side of parmesan cheese.
THURSDAY 6th September
Normal: Chicken Curry – Served with basmati rice, butternut and garden peas and a side of sambal salad.
Low Carb: Served with brown rice, butternut and a few baby marrows.
Vegetarian: Lentil & Vegetable curry – Served with basmati rice, butternut and garden peas and a side of sambal salad.
FRIDAY 7th September
Normal: Spaghetti Bolognaise – served with a garlic roll and a side of parmesan cheese.
Low Carb: Bolognaise sweet potato bake – Bolognaise meat sauce topped with sweet potato and oven baked. Served with a side salad.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Bolognaise – Served over spaghetti and served with a garlic roll.
SATURDAY 8th September
Normal: Chicken and Broccoli Bake – served with savoury rice.
Low Carb: Served with sautéed spinach and grilled mushrooms
Vegetarian: Vegetable kebab served with savoury rice and sautéed spinach.
SUNDAY 9th September
Normal: Roast Leg of Pork – served with rice, gravy and vegetable medley and roast potato’s
Vegetarian: Roasted Vegetable medley served with rice and roast potato’s.
