Weekly Menu: 30 July – 5 August 2018

Hello Everyone,

We hoping you all having a great weekend. Can you believe we head into August this week – below you will find our Monthly calendar.

This weeks meals are really delicious, our Chicken Marinara on Monday is one of our signature dishes and not to be missed,  and Butternut Ravioli on Tuesday great line up of delicious meals for this week.

Just a reminder for Platters and Events we need to have them booked 2/3 weeks before so we can roster our staff and make sure we have stock etc.

Below is some more info about the menu’s that we do on the different days. Wednesday’s are our Standard BOX MEAL DAYSChat to us if there are any specific meals you want to eat.

On Wednesday’s we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.

We do TWO types of menu’s for the box meals, Normal Meals and Low Carb.
(Standard prices: R600 standard size meals / R400 ladies size meals)
(Low Carb prices: R650 standard size meals / R450 ladies size meals)

This weeks menu is: For both Low Carb and Normal meals, different sides for each version
Choose from below to make up 10 – (some you can double up on to make the 10)
NORMAL MEALS
Spaghetti Bolognaise with a side of parmesan cheese
Beef Stroganoff with garlic mash, sauteed baby marrows and steamed cauliflower
Chicken curry with yellow rice, sambal, cauliflower and garden peas
Braised short beef ribs with garlic mash, glazed carrots and steamed green beans
Pulled pork with broccoli, butternut, rice and gravy
Roast chicken, rice, baby potato’s, cauliflower and peas
Asian Chicken stir-fry over linguine noodles
Chicken Schnitzel with cheese sauce, roasted potato’s and vegetable medley

LOW CARB MEALS
Spaghetti Bolognaise over baby marrow and carrot strings with a side of parmesan cheese
Beef Stroganoff with garlic mash, sauteed baby marrows and steamed cauliflower
Chicken curry with diced cauliflower with tumeric and fennel seeds, sambal, cauliflower and garden peas
Braised short beef ribs with garlic mash, glazed carrots and steamed green beans
Pulled pork with broccoli, butternut, diced cauliflower and gravy
Roast chicken, roasted sweet potato, cauliflower and peas
Asian Chicken stir-fry over stir-fry veggies
Grilled Chicken breast with cheese sauce, roasted sweet potato’s and vegetable medley
*Any dish you have had before that you really liked we can try add

We have taken the banting version off the weekly breakdown and doing a Low Carb version (most of our clients are Low Carb, let us know if you want strictly banting though because we can still do the banting🙂

Below is this weeks menu for the week. We love to cook and happy to help make your dinner time easier, more time for everything else. Remember our R900 a week special for a family to eat Monday to Friday (no delivery fee for the South Peninsula) – No dishes, no shopping, no running around… just a delicious nutritious meal for the family. We deliver to your home a freshly made meal on the day and can even organize a monthly bill to make it easier.

Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.
We are making meals on Saturday and Sunday from the House Menu.

Weekly Menu: 30 July – 5 August 2018

MONDAY 30th July
Standard: Chicken Marinara – Tender boneless breast of chicken chicken pieces coated with Parmesan and Janesese panko bread crumbs, fried and covered with a tomato basil marinara sauce, and topped with melted Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Served with baby potato’s, green beans and butternut.
Low Carb: A Chicken breast served with green beans, butternut and roasted sweet potato.
Vegetarian: Grilled eggplant topped with homemade herby tomato sauce topped with Mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Served with baby potato’s, green beans and butternut.

TUESDAY 24th July
Standard: Butternut Ravioli – sauteed with sage and basil. Topped with a  homemade tomato and basil sauce.
Low Carb: Grilled pork chop with a vegetable medley with roasted sweet potato
Vegetarian: Butternut Ravioli – sauteed with sage and basil. Topped with a  homemade tomato and basil sauce.

WEDNESDAY 25th July
Standard: Chicken Curry – served with yellow rice, sambal salad and garden peas.
Low Carb: Served with diced cauliflower with tummeric and fennel seeds and garden peas with a side of sambal
Vegetarian: Coconut Veg Curry – served with yellow rice, sambal salad and garden peas.
BOX MEAL MEALS

THURSDAY 26th July
Standard: Chicken Schnitzel – Served with steamed cauliflower, roasted baby potato’s and carrots. Topped with cheese sauce.
Low Carb: Grilled chicken breast – Served with steamed cauliflower, roasted sweet potato’s and carrots. Topped with cheese sauce .
Vegetarian: Crumbed Eggplant – Served with steamed cauliflower, roasted baby potato’s and carrots. Topped with cheese sauce.

FRIDAY 27th July
Standard: Spaghetti Bolognaise – with a side garlic roll and side of parmesan cheese.
Low Carb: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings and side of parmesan cheese.
Vegetarian: Napolitana pasta – with a side garlic roll.

SATURDAY 28th July
Standard: Chicken Broc Bake – with savoury rice.
Vegetarian: Mushroom and broc bake – with savoury rice.

SUNDAY 29th July (R75 Single portion, R50 Ladies/Pensioner – R210 Family portion)
Standard: Roast Leg of Pork: Served with vegetable medley, roast potato, rice and gravy.
Vegetarian: Rice, oven roasted potato’s, Veg medley.
