Weekly Menu: 23-29 July 2018

Hello Everyone,

We hoping you all having a great weekend. We are excited with our upcoming week of meals and very thankful for the recommendations and new families eating with us, we hope we making life easier:)

This weeks meals are really delicious, our Chicken Marsala on Monday is one of our signature dishes and not to be missed – made with a Marsala wine and not burny at all, Thurs is crumbed Pork chops!

Just a reminder for Platters and Events we need to have them booked 2/3 weeks before so we can roster our staff and make sure we have stock etc.

Below is some more info about the menu’s that we do on the different days. Wednesday’s are our Standard BOX MEAL DAYSChat to us if there are any specific meals you want to eat.

On Wednesday’s we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.

We do TWO types of menu’s for the box meals, Low Carb and Normal Meals.
(Low Carb prices: R650 standard size meals / R450 ladies size meals)
(Standard prices: R600 standard size meals / R400 ladies size meals)

This weeks menu is: For both Low Carb and Normal meals, different sides for each version
Choose from below to make up 10 – (some you can double up on to make the 10)
Chicken curry with yellow rice, sambal, cauliflower and garden peas
Chicken Marinara, baby roasted potato’s and veggies
Beef Stir-fry with stir-fry veggies over linguini pasta
Beef Ragu with steamed rice, butternut and green beans
BBQ chicken breast with couscous and Veggies
Mac n cheese
Beef Stroganoff with mash and broccoli
Spaghetti Bolognaise
*Any dish you have had before that you really liked we can try add

We have taken the banting version off the weekly breakdown and doing a Low Carb version (most of our clients are Low Carb, let us know if you want strictly banting though because we can still do the banting🙂

See below the calendar for JULY where we have done a daily meal planner to see what we are doing day by day. Remember you can order from the House Menu if you want something different to what is on the menu for the day. See the menu for this last week of June below.

Below is this weeks menu for the week. We love to cook and happy to help make your dinner time easier, more time for everything else. Remember our R900 a week special for a family to eat Monday to Friday (no delivery fee for the South Peninsula) – No dishes, no shopping, no running around… just a delicious nutritious meal for the family. We deliver to your home a freshly made meal on the day and can even organize a monthly bill to make it easier.

Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.
We are making meals on Saturday and Sunday from the House Menu.

Weekly Menu: 23-29 July 2018

MONDAY 23rd July
Standard: Chicken Marsala – Tender boneless Breast of chicken sauteed in a Marsala wine sauce with sliced Mushrooms. Served with garlic mash, a few garden peas and butternut.
Low Carb: Served with green beans, butternut and sweet potato mash.
Vegetarian: Mushroom Marsala served with garlic mash, butternut and garden peas.

TUESDAY 24th July
Standard: Beef Curry – served with yellow rice, sambal salad and cinnamon pumpkin.
Low Carb: Served with yellow diced cauliflower and a few baby marrows.
Vegetarian: Lentil, Veg and Bean curry served with yellow rice, sambal salad and cinnamon pumpkin.

Standard: Chicken a la King – with fusilli pasta screws and steamed veg medley.
Low Carb: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Braised Veg in a creamy cheesy sauce over fusilli pasta screws and steamed veg medley.

THURSDAY 26th July
Standard: Crumbed Pork Chops  – Served with steamed cauliflower, roasted baby potato’s and a side of basil salsa salad.
Low Carb: Grilled Pork chop served with sauteed spinach, roasted beet root and basil salsa salad.
Vegetarian: Crumbed Eggplant topped with homemade tomato smoor and then oven baked with mushrooms and cheese. Served with baby potato’s, cauliflower and basil salsa salad.

FRIDAY 27th July
Standard: Chicken Lasagne – with a side garlic roll.
Low Carb: Chicken lasagne layered between eggplant with a side salad.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Lasagne – with a side garlic roll.

SATURDAY 28th July
Standard: Alfredo Pasta – with penne.
Vegetarian: Mushroom and spinach in a herb infused cheesy sauce over penne.

SUNDAY 29th July (R75 Single portion, R50 Ladies/Pensioner – R210 Family portion)
Standard: Roast Chicken: Served with vegetable medley, roast potato, rice and gravy.
Vegetarian: Rice, oven roasted potato’s, Veg medley.

Topped with cheese sauce and served with vegetable and starch of the day.

Cottage Pie R65

Lean beef sautéed with onions, carrots and celery in a brown gravy. Topped with mash potato and oven baked.

Sautéed tender beef strips served in a sour cream and mushroom sauce
