Weekly Menu: 16-22 July 2018

Hello Everyone,

Hope everyone survived the school holidays, back to school on Tuesday, let us help you ease into that busy routine again:).

This weeks meals are really devine, our Steak Marsala on Monday is one of our signature dishes and not to be missed, Thurs is becoming a popular dish too – Indian Meatball Curry.

Just a reminder for Platters and Events we need to have them booked 2/3 weeks before so we can roster our staff and make sure we have stock etc.

Below is some more info about the menu’s that we do on the different days. Wednesday’s are our Standard BOX MEAL DAYSChat to us if there are any specific meals you want to eat.

On Wednesday’s we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.

We do TWO types of menu’s for the box meals, Low Carb and Normal Meals.
(Low Carb prices: R650 standard size meals / R450 ladies size meals)
(Standard prices: R600 standard size meals / R400 ladies size meals)

This weeks menu is: For both Low Carb and Normal meals, different sides for each version
Choose from below to make up 10 – (some you can double up on to make the 10)
Beef curry with yellow rice, sambal, cauliflower and garden peas
Chicken Schnitzel with cheese sauce, baby roasted potato’s and veggies
Chicken Stir-fry with stir-fry veggies over linguini pasta
Beef Ragu with steamed rice, butternut and green beans
Napolitana pasta over penne pasta
Butter Chicken with basmati rice and garden peas
Beef Stroganoff with mash and broccoli
Spaghetti Bolognaise
*Any dish you have had before that you really liked we can try add

We have taken the banting version off the weekly breakdown and doing a Low Carb version (most of our clients are Low Carb, let us know if you want strictly banting though because we can still do the banting🙂

Below is this weeks menu for the week. We love to cook and happy to help make your dinner time easier, more time for everything else. Remember our R900 a week special for a family to eat Monday to Friday (no delivery fee for the South Peninsula) – No dishes, no shopping, no running around… just a delicious nutritious meal for the family. We deliver to your home a freshly made meal on the day and can even organize a monthly bill to make it easier.

Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.
We are making meals on Saturday and Sunday from the House Menu.

Weekly Menu: 16-22 July 2018

MONDAY 16th July
Standard: Steak Marsala – Served with steamed yellow rice, garden peas and butternut.
Low Carb: Served with a little brown rice, cauliflower, butternut and a few peas.
Vegetarian: Medley of steamed veggies in a mild marsala curry spice served with yellow rice, butternut and peas.

TUESDAY 17th July
Standard: Chicken pad ThaiFreedom Foods way. Made with noodles, which are stir-fried with eggs and grilled chicken pieces and served with lime wedges and topped with chopped roasted peanuts.
Low Carb: Served with baby marrow and carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Vegetable stir-fry noodles (Thai style).

Standard: Carbonara Pasta – Ham, bacon and mushrooms in a creamy sauce over penne pasta and served with a side of parmesan.
Low Carb: Served over braised cauliflower floretts.
Vegetarian: Spinach and mushrooms in a creamy sauce over penne pasta and a side of parmesan.

THURSDAY 19th July
Standard: Indian Meatball Curry – Served with basmati rice, sambal salad and pumpkin.
Low Carb: Served with a little brown rice, pumpkin and green beans.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Dahl Curry – Served basmati rice and pumpkin.

FRIDAY 20th July
Standard: Prego Steak Roll – with potato wedges and a Portuguese roll with a side of salad garnish.
Low Carb: Served with sweet potato’s and a side salad.
Vegetarian: Veggie Burger – Served with salad garnish and potato wedges.

SATURDAY 21st July
Standard: Chicken Broc Bake – with savoury rice.
Vegetarian: Vegetable bake with savoury rice.

SUNDAY 22nd July (R75 Single portion, R50 Ladies/Pensioner – R210 Family portion)
Standard: Roast Beef: Served with roasted potato’s, vegetable medley, rice and gravy.
Vegetarian: Rice, oven roasted potato’s, Veg medley.
