Weekly Menu: 28th May – 3rd June 2018

Hello Everyone,

We hope you all having a good weekend. Lovely Sunny winters day:) I just cant believe that we head into June this week, half of 2018 gone already!

Below is some more info about the menu’s that we do on the different days. Wednesday’s are now our Standard BOX MEAL DAYS. Chat to us if there are any specific meals you want to eat, for example on Monday we doing a Chicken dish and if you don’t feel for this you are welcome to order from the House Menu (see below).

On Wednesday’s we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.

We do TWO types of menu’s for the box meals, Low Carb and Normal Meals.
(Low Carb prices: R650 standard size meals / R450 ladies size meals)
(Standard prices: R600 standard size meals / R400 ladies size meals)

This weeks menu is: For both Low Carb and Normal meals, different sides for each version

We have taken the banting version off the weekly breakdown and doing a Low Carb version (most of our clients are Low Carb, let us know if you want strictly banting though because we can still do the banting🙂

See below the calendar for JUNE where we have done a daily meal planner to see what we are doing day by day. Remember you can order from the House Menu if you want something different to what is on the menu for the day.

Ladies (R400)

Ladies LOW CARB (R450) and
Kiddies (R350) they can be mixed and altered to your meal preferences and all labeled and dated. We have a range to choose from so just email or call and we can add you.
Stock up with our freezer meals to help with no dishes and cooking, our containers are microwaveable.

Below is this weeks menu for the week. We love to cook and happy to help make your dinner time easier, more time for everything else. Remember our R900 a week special for a family to eat Monday to Friday (no delivery fee for the South Peninsula) – No dishes, no shopping, no running around… just a delicious nutritious meal for the family. We deliver to your home a freshly made meal on the day and can even organize a monthly bill to make it easier.

Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.
We are making meals on Saturday and Sunday from the House Menu.

Weekly Menu: 28th May – 3rd June 2018

MONDAY 28th May
Standard: Chicken Marsala – Made with marsala wine, mushrooms and a touch of mustard. Served with roasted baby potato’s, butternut and broccoli.
Low Carb: Served with sweet potato, butternut and broccoli.
Vegetarian: Mushroom Marsala – with roasted baby potato’s, butternut and broccoli.

TUESDAY 29th May
Standard: Chili Con Carne – lean beef mince in a tomato and mild chili sauce. Served with rice, steamed cauliflower and garden peas.
Low Carb: Served with diced cauliflower, a few steamed carrots and garden peas.
Vegetarian: Diced medley of veggies in a mild tomato chili sauce – Served with rice, steamed cauliflower and garden peas.

WEDNESDAY 30th May
Standard: Chicken a la King – served with baked parmesan mash, steamed cinnamon pumpkin and a few green beans.
Low Carb: Served with sweet potato mash and green beans.
Vegetarian: Braised veg with lentils, then topped with sweet potato mash and lightly baked with cinnamon.
BOX MEAL MEALS

THURSDAY 31st May
Standard: Beef Curry – Served with basmati rice, sambal salad, garden peas and butternut.
Low Carb: Served with diced cauliflower with fennel and carrots, sambal salad and garden peas.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Coconut Curry – Served with basmati rice, and butternut..

FRIDAY 1st June
Standard: Arrabbiata Pasta – Bacon, chili and tomato in a creamy tomato sauce. Served over ribbon pasta and a side of parmesan.
Low Carb: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Tomato, chili and cream pasta – Served over ribbon pasta and a side of parmesan.

SATURDAY 2nd June
Standard: Chicken Burger – with basil mayo and served with potato wedges and onion rings.
Vegetarian: Veggie burger topped with balsamic caramelized onions, grilled beetroot and feta. Served with potato wedges.

SUNDAY 3rd June (R70 Single portion – R210 Family portion)
Roast Chicken – Served with rice, cauliflower and broccoli bake in a creamy cheese sauce and a few garden peas and gravy.
Veg: Vegetable medley Served with rice, cauliflower and broccoli bake in a creamy cheese sauce and a few garden peas.
