Weekly Menu: 16th – 22nd April 2018

Below is this weeks menu for the week. We love to cook and happy to help make your dinner time easier, more time for everything else. Remember our R900 a week special for a family to eat Monday to Friday (no delivery fee for the South Peninsula) – No dishes, no shopping, no running around… just a delicious nutritious meal for the family. We deliver to your home a freshly made meal on the day and can even organize a monthly bill to make it easier.

Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.
We are making meals on Saturday and Sunday from the House Menu.

Weekly Menu: 16th – 22nd April 2018

MONDAY 16th April
Standard: Lemone Chicken – Served with butternut, green beans and lemon and oregano roasted potato’s .
Low Carb: Served with gem squash, green beans and roasted sweet potato with lemon and oregano.
Vegetarian: Aubergine bake – Eggplant stuffed with roasted cherry tomato’s, rolled then oven baked in a tomato sauce. Served with lemon potato’s and gem squash.

TUESDAY 17th April
Standard: Mild Beef Curry – with yellow rice, garden peas and sambal salad.
Low Carb: Served with diced cauliflower, baby marrows and sambal salad.
Vegetarian: Coconut Vegetable curry with yellow rice, sambal and garden peas.

WEDNESDAY 18th April
Standard: Butter Chicken – Served with basmati rice, roasted pumpkin and pompedoms.
Low Carb: Served with roasted pumpkin and braised cabbage.
Vegetarian: Lentil and Veg Dahl with basmati rice, roasted pumpkin and pompedoms.

THURSDAY 19th April
Standard: Stir-fry Chicken Pad Thai – Chicken and stir-fry over linguini pasta.
Low Carb: Served over carrot and baby marrow strings.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Pad Thai stir-fry over linguini pasta.

FRIDAY 20th April
Standard: Grilled Hickory Chicken Burger – Chicken breast with a hickory smokey basting sauce served with a soft roll, salad garnish, basil mayo and thick cut chips.
Low Carb: Grilled chicken breast with sweet potato wedges and a side salad.
Vegetarian: Homemade Veggie Burger with salad garnish, soft roll, basil mayo, thick cut chips and a side of balsamic onions.

SATURDAY 21st April
Standard: Gourmet Mac n Cheese – with bacon, corn and tomato’s.
Vegetarian: Mac n cheese with roasted vine tomato’s.

SUNDAY 22nd April (R80 Single portion – R210 Family portion)
Fire roasted Rump Steak – with pepper sauce, roasted potato’s and Veg medley.
Veg: Medley of vegetables oven roasted, served with roast potato’s and a side of cheese sauce.
