MONDAY 19th March
Standard: Steak Mince curry – Mild curry mince with yellow rice, butternut and a side of sambal salad.
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower, butternut and a side sambal salad.

TUESDAY 20th March
Standard: Chicken Marsala – Chicken breast with mushrooms, white wine, marsala wine and a touch of mustard with steamed potato’s with a little garlic, parsley and butter. Served with green beans and carrots.
Banting: Chicken Marsala will be made with white wine, steamed sweet potato, green beans and a few carrots.

WEDNESDAY 21st March
Standard: Spaghetti Bolognese – served with a garlic roll.
Banting: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings and accompanied with a side salad.

THURSDAY 22nd March
Standard: Beef Stroganoff – with steamed rice and cinnamon pumpkin.
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower and a side of cinnamon pumpkin.

FRIDAY 23rd March
Standard: Prego Steak – with chips .
Banting: Prego steak with sweet potato chips.

SATURDAY 24th March
Cornish Pie – with mash, garden peas and salad.

SUNDAY 25th March R70 Single portion – R200 Family portion
Roast Chicken with rice, gravy, roast potato’s and veggies.

Cottage Pie R65
Lean beef sautéed with onions, carrots and celery in a brown gravy. Topped with mash potato and oven baked.
