Weekly Menu: 12 – 18 March 2018

MONDAY 12th March
Standard: Taragon Chicken Pasta – Chicken breast marinated in ginger, soya and basil then sauteed with cherry tomato’s and butternut. Served over penne pasta.
Banting: Served with sauteed baby marrows, peppers and carrot strings.

TUESDAY 13th March
Standard: Beef Curry – served with yellow rice and a few garden peas. Accompanied with sambal salad and pompedoms.
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower and green beans.

WEDNESDAY 14th March
Standard: Chicken Schnitzel – Chicken breast fillet crumbed with Japanese panko crumbs. Served with a jacket of potato and steamed broccoli and cheese sauce on the side.
Banting: Grilled Chicken breast with mustard, vinegar and basil. Served with a baked sweet potato and steamed broccoli.

THURSDAY 15th March
Standard: Chicken cashew nut stir-fry – Chicken breast sauteed with stir fry veggies. Served with linguini pasta and topped with cashew nuts.
Banting: Served with stir fry veggies and topped with cashew nuts.

FRIDAY 16th March
Standard: Grilled Chicken Burger – Chicken breast with hickory sticky BBQ basting. Served on a seeded roll with salad garnish and smokey cheddar cheese and basil mayo .
Banting: Grilled Chicken breast with hickory BBQ with cheddar cheese, served with roasted veg and salad garnish.

SATURDAY 17th March
Gourmet Mac n Cheese – Bacon, onions, peppers, corn, tomato and coriander with macaroni pasta. Mixed with a cheesy sauce. Served with a garlic roll.

SUNDAY 18th March R80 Single portion – R210 Family portion
Roast Pork with rice, gravy, roast potato’s and veggies.
