MONDAY 5th March
Standard: Chicken Parma – Crumbed Chicken breast topped with a homemade tomato sauce. Then oven baked with cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Served with diced cauliflower with a touch of turmeric and a baked potato.
Banting: Grilled Chicken breast topped with our homemade tomato and herb sauce, then oven baked with cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Served with cauliflower and baked sweet potato.
TUESDAY 6th March
Standard: Carbonara Pasta – bacon, ham and mushroom in a creamy sauce over penne pasta.
Banting: Served over carrot and baby marrow strings.
WEDNESDAY 7th March
Standard: Steak Marsala – tender beef cutlets topped with a mild marsala curry sauce. Served with mash and butternut.
Banting: Served with sweet potato mash and butternut.
THURSDAY 8th March
Standard: Chicken Curry with rice, peas and sambal salad.
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower, green beans and sambal salad.
FRIDAY 9th March
Standard: Stir-fry Beef with ginger, garlic, coriander in soya sauce served with stir-fry veggies and egg fried rice .
Banting: Served with stir-fry veggies.
SATURDAY 10th March
Baked Vegetable Pasta steamed veggies in a red sauce with penne pasta then covered with cheese and oven baked.
SUNDAY 11th March
Roast Chicken with rice, gravy, cauliflower and broccoli bake in a cheese sauce and a few potato’s.
