Weekly Menu: 26th February – 4 March 2018

MONDAY 26th February
Standard: Lemone Chicken – Chicken breast pan fried with egg batter, lemon juice and chicken broth. Served with pumpkin and sauteed potato’s with onions and peppers.
Banting: Served with sauteed sweet potato’s with peppers and onions and a side of pumpkin.

TUESDAY 27th February
Standard: Alfredo Pasta – Mushroom and ham in creamy sauce over penne pasta, served with a garlic roll.
Banting: Served over carrot and baby marrow strings and a side salad.

WEDNESDAY 28th February
Standard: Butter Chicken with basmati rice and a few garden peas
Banting: Served over diced cauliflower and a few green beans.

THURSDAY 1st March
Standard: Beef Ragu with garlic mash, butternut and brocolli.
Banting: Served with sweet potato mash with a touch of garlic and side of broccoli and butternut.

FRIDAY 2nd March
Standard: Grilled Chicken breast with a mustard and basil rub basted with a hickory smoke. Served with wedges and a side salad.
Banting: Served with sweet potato wedges and a side salad

SATURDAY 3rd March
Arrabbiata Pasta over linguine pasta with bacon, chilli and tomato.

SUNDAY 4th March
Fire roasted rump steak with madagascan green peppercorn sauce, serve
