Weekly Menu: 12th – 18th February 2018

MONDAY 12th February
Standard: Tarragon Chicken Pasta – Chicken breast cubes sauteed with tarragon, ginger, soya sauce, cherry tomato’s and a few pieces of butternut.
Banting: Served over carrot and baby marrow strings.

TUESDAY 13th February
Standard: Beef Curry – with yellow rice, sambal salad and a few garden peas.
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower and a few green beans.

WEDNESDAY 14th February
VALENTINES DAY – choice of the 3 course meal or Standard meal meal on its own
Standard: Chicken schnitzel topped with cheese sauce then served with Vegetables and roast potato’s
Banting: Grilled chicken breast with steamed veg and sweet potato.

THURSDAY 15th February
Standard: Sauteed Chicken stir fry with mushrooms, carrots, peppers, soya sauce and a little cabbage – served with egg fried rice.
Banting: Served with extra stir-fry veggies.

FRIDAY 16th February
Standard: Crumbed Chicken Burger – with basil mayo and salad garnish with homemade fries.
Banting: Grilled Chicken breast with lemon mustard basting served with sweet potato wedges and a side salad.

SATURDAY 17th February
Pizza –  with bacon, ham and mushrooms.
(V) with mushrooms, pine apple and peppers

SUNDAY 18th February R80 a portion / R200 Family Style
Roast Leg of Pork served with veggies, roast potato’s, rice and gravy.
