Weekly Menu: 5th – 11th February 2018

MONDAY 5th February
StandardChicken Parma – Chicken breast crumbed with Japanese panko crumbs, topped with a homemade tomato and herb sauce and a touch of Parmesan and cheddar cheese. Served with gem squash and lemon roasted potato’s.
Banting: Served with roasted sweet potato and gem squash.

TUESDAY 6th February
StandardCarbonara Pasta – Bacon, ham and mushrooms in a creamy cheesy sauce served over penne pasta. Served with a side salad.
Banting: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings.

WEDNESDAY 7th February
StandardSauteed beef strips marinated with garlic, ginger, coriander and lemon juice then sauteed with peppers and black beans. Served with mash and garden peas.
Banting: Served with green beans and sweet potato mash.

THURSDAY 8th February
StandardChicken Curry with yellow rice and sambal salad.
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower and sambal salad.

FRIDAY 9th February
StandardSteak Marsala – Braised steak topped with a light brown onion marsala curry sauce. Served with butternut and steamed potato’s.
Banting: Served with butternut and baked sweet potato’s.

SATURDAY 10th February
Pasta Prima Vera –  Steamed veggies in a slow cooked Italian tomato sauce. Served over linguini pasta, and served with garlic bread.

SUNDAY 11th February R80 a portion / R200 Family Style
Roast Topside Beef with roast potato’s, cauliflower broccoli au gratin and rice with gravy.
