Weekly Menu: 15th – 21st January 2018

MONDAY 15th January
Standard: Chicken Parma – Chicken breast dusted in flour and Japanese panko crumbs topped with a tomato based sauce. Served with gem squash and potato wedges.
Banting: Grilled Chicken breast topped with tomato based sauce. Served with gem squash and sweet potato wedges.
NEW Salad bar: Choice of 2 salads to choose from – Chicken Caesar salad OR Greek salad (R60 and in standard size packaging.

TUESDAY 16th January
Standard: Beef Ragu – Served with broccoli, butternut and steamed rice.
Banting: Served with broccoli, butternut and diced cauliflower rice.
NEW Salad bar: Choice of 2 salads to choose from – Chicken Caesar salad OR Greek salad (R60 and in standard size packaging.

WEDNESDAY 17th January (BACK TO SCHOOL)
Standard: Spaghetti Bolognaise served with a garlic roll.
Banting: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings. Served with a side salad.
NEW Salad bar: Choice of 2 salads to choose from – Chicken Caesar salad OR Greek salad (R60 and in standard size packaging.

THURSDAY 18th January
Standard: Chicken Asian stir-fry with ginger, sesame seeds, corriander, lemon grass and garlic with a touch of soya sauce. Served with sticky basmati rice and a side of sweet n sour sauce.
Banting: Served with a side of cauliflower and egg fried rice.
NEW Salad bar: Choice of 2 salads to choose from – Chicken Caesar salad OR Greek salad (R60 and in standard size packaging.

FRIDAY 19th January (R80 a single portion, R210 Family Style portion, R40 kiddies portion)
Standard: Pork RIBS served with chips (or side salad on request)
Banting: No option on Friday

SATURDAY 20th January
Baked penne pasta with a creamy cheesy bolognaise sauce. Served with a salad

SUNDAY 21st December
Roast Chicken with seasonal veggies, roast potato’s, rice and gravy.
