Weekly Menu: 8th – 14th January 2018

MONDAY 8th January
Standard: Chicken Cacciatore – Chicken breast flame grilled then topped with a green pepper tomato sauce. Served with mash and baby marrows
Banting: Served with sweet potato mash and baby marrows

TUESDAY 9th January
Standard: Beef Curry – Served with basmati rice, side sambal salad, peas and butternut.
Banting: Served with cauliflower rice, green beans and butternut.

WEDNESDAY 10th January
Standard: Alfredo Pasta – Ham and mushroom in a creamy sauce over linguine pasta.
Banting: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings.

THURSDAY 11th January
Standard: Butter Chicken with rice and steamed broccoli
Banting: Served with tummeric and fennel sauteed cauliflower and a side of broccoli.

FRIDAY 12th January
Standard: Pulled Pork with parmesan garlic mash and sauteed cauliflower
Banting: Served with Sweet potato mash, baby marrows and cauliflower.

SATURDAY 13th January
Cottage Pie

SUNDAY 14th December
Roast Beef with season veggies, whole roasted potato’s, rice and a rich gravy.
