MONDAY 4th December
Standard: Chicken Schnitzel – Served with sauteed spinach with a touch or garlic and soya sauce. Served with baby potato’s and a side of cheese sauce.
Banting: Grilled chicken breast with sauteed spinach with a touch or garlic and soya sauce and diced sweet potato’s
Salad: Buffalo Mozzarella Salad – Mixed greens, roasted red peppers, hummus, buffalo mozzarella and crispy bacon. Served with creamy vinaigrette.
TUESDAY 5th December
Standard: Cottage Pie – served with butternut and garden peas
Banting: Cottage Pie- topped with sweet potato mash, butternut and green beans
Salad: Leafy Mixed Green salad – Leafy mixed greens, carrot strings, red onions, feta, olives, chicken and cherry tomato’s with a balsamic vinaigrette.
WEDNESDAY 6th December
Standard: Carbonara Pasta – Bacon, ham and mushrooms in a creamy cheesy sauce served over penne.
Banting: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings.
Salad: Chicken rocket Salad – Rocket, cherry tomato’s, cucumber, hickory chicken breast, croutons and shaved parmesan cheese. Served with red wine vinaigrette.
THURSDAY 7th December
Standard: Chicken Curry – with rice and sambal salad
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower and sambal salad
Salad: Chicken Caesar salad – Romaine lettuce with shaved parmesan, cherry tomato’s, boiled eggs and garlic croutons. Served with dressing on the side.
FRIDAY 8th December
Standard: Beef casserole with garlic parmesan mash and steamed green beans
Banting: with sweet potato mash and green beans
Salad: No salad available
