MONDAY 27th Nov
Standard: Chicken Pasta – Chicken Breast marinated with fresh basil and tarragon with a touch of garlic and mushrooms. Served with wilted spinach infused with soya over linguini pasta.
Banting: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings
Salad: Greek Salad – Garden greens, cherry tomato’s, cucumber, red onions, danish feta and calamata olives. Dressing with creamy Greek dressing.
 
TUESDAY 28th Nov
Standard: Beef Ragu – Topside of beef cooked with onions, carrots, celery and peppers slow cooked in a red wine and brown gravy.
Banting: Beef Ragu- Served with diced cauliflower, butternut and green beans
Salad: Bacon Baby spinach salad – Bacon, feta, cherry tomato’s, baby spinach with croutons over greens. Served with a Asian dressing.
 
WEDNESDAY 29th Nov
Standard: Chicken Casserole – with mash, cauliflower and brocolli
Banting: Served with sauteed baby marrows and a side of broccoli and and cauliflower
Salad: Chicken watermelon Salad – Garden greens with chicken, watermelon, feta, basil and toasted almonds with cherry tomato’s and cucumber
 
THURSDAY 30th Nov
Standard: Spaghetti Bolognaise – with a garlic roll
Banting: Served over carrot, red pepper strings and baby marrow strings. Served with a side salad
Salad: Chicken Caesar salad – Romaine lettuce with shaved parmesan, cherry tomato’s, boiled eggs and garlic croutons. Served with dressing on the side.
FRIDAY 1st Dec
Standard: Pork Loin Ribs with chunky chips
Banting: No banting available
Salad: No salad available
 
SATURDAY 2nd Dec
