Weekly Menu: 16 – 22 October 2017

MONDAY 16th Oct
Standard: One-pot penne bolognaise – lean beef mince slowly cooked with onions, carrots, celery, garlic, herbs and diced tomato’s and then garden peas added to the sauce. Served over penne pasta and topped with shaved parmesan cheese – Gluten Free available –
Banting: Served over baby marrows and carrot strings
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

TUESDAY 17th Oct
Standard: Chicken Schnitzel – Topped with cheese sauce and served with garlic and parsley baby potato’s and sauteed baby marrows and carrots
Banting: Grilled Chicken breast topped with cheddar cheese. Served with sweet potato and carrots
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

WEDNESDAY 18th Oct
Standard: Pasta with roasted red pepper tomato sauce – Linguini pasta dressed with homemade Italian tomato sauce with smokey red peppers and topped with grilled chicken breast.
Banting: Served over sauteed baby marrows and carrots
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

THURSDAY 19th Oct
Standard: Pulled pork – served with rice and butternut and brocolli
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower and butternut and broccoli veg
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

FRIDAY 20th Oct
Standard: Chicken Cacciatore – slow cooked chicken with carrots, peppers, tomato’s, garlic, white wine and herbs. Served with mash and garden peas
Banting: served with sweet potato mash and garden peas
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.
