TUESDAY 26th Sep
NormalBeef Stir-fry Stir-fry vegetables and sliced beef strips served over linguini pasta
Banting: Served over sauteed cabbage

NormalChicken Marsala – Braised chicken breast with mushrooms, country mustard and marsala wine. Served with mash, sweet carrots and sauteed baby marrows
Banting: Served with sweet potato mash

NormalBraised Beef – Topside Beef slow cooked with peppers and onions in a brown onion gravy. Served with rice, broccoli and butternut

NormalSteak Roll – Delicious steak on a fresh roll served with chunky chips and onion rings.
Banting: Steak served with Sweet potato chips and sauteed green beans
