MONDAY 18th Sep
Normal: Chicken lemone – with sautéed spinach dressed with garlic and a drizzle of soya sauce. Served with a side of wilted cherry tomato’s and braised potato’s.
Banting: Grilled lemone chicken with sautéed spinach, served with with a side of wilted cherry tomato’s and braised sweet potato’s

TUESDAY 19th Sep
NormalCarbonara Pasta – Bacon, ham and mushrooms in a creamy cheesy sauce served over spaghetti. Served with a garlic roll
Banting: Served over marrow and carrot strings and a side salad
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

WEDNESDAY 20th Sep
NormalSteak mince Curry – with diced veggies. Served with yellow rice, sambal salad and mini naan bread
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower, sambal salad and a side of brocolli

THURSDAY 21st Sep
Normal: Chicken Kiev – Crumbed chicken breast stuffed with garlic and parsley then topped with a cheese. Served with a medley of steamed veggies and a side mash.
Banting: Grilled Chicken breast topped with a garlic and parsley butter. Served with steamed veggies and a side of butternut mash.

FRIDAY 22nd Sep
Normal: Prego Steak – Portugese style, thin slices of beef marinated with garlic, vinegar, lemon and tomato puree. Pan fried and served in a tomato and onion pepper sauce. Served with lemon roasted potato’s and steamed green beans and garlic toasted bread.
Banting: Served with lemon roasted sweet potato.
