Weekly Menu: 4 –  10 September 2017

MONDAY 4th Sep
Normal: Grilled Chicken breast braised with sage and basil butter. Served with tagliatelle dressed in a  slow cooked traditional Italian Neapolitan sauce. With a side of butternut.
Banting: Grilled Chicken breast braised with sage and basil butter, served with carrot and baby marrow strings dressed with a slow cooked Italian Neapolitan sauce and a side of butternut.
SOUP: Potato and Leak Soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

TUESDAY 5th Sep
NormalBeef and fire roasted peppers stir-fry – thinly sliced beef sauteed with green peppers, garlic, ginger, coriander and soya. Served with vegetable fried basmati rice.
Banting: Served with stir-fry veggies.
SOUP: Gazpacho Soup (is a soup made of raw vegetables and served cold) with sour cream
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

WEDNESDAY 6th Sep
Normal: Chicken Schnitzel – Topped with cheese sauce. Served with peas and carrots and roasted potato’s.
Banting: Pan fried chicken breast with wilted cherry tomato’s and fresh basil. Served with carrots and roasted sweet potato.
SOUP: Beef and Veg Soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

THURSDAY 7th Sep
Normal: Braised beef with mushrooms and cream – Topped with bacon bits and cheese then oven baked. Served with rosti, sauteed onions and a side of brocolli
Banting: Served with butternut and sweet potato rosti and a side of brocolli.
SOUP: Roasted cherry tomato with thyme and basil.
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

FRIDAY 8th Sep
Normal: Grilled pork chop – Pan seared then oven baked with mustard, tomato, soya glaze. Served with a salted bake potato and pumpkin puree and a side of corn salsa.
Banting: Served with braised spinach and pumpkin puree.
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

SATURDAY 9th Sep
Pizza with chicken, mushroom and pine-apple.

SUNDAY 10th Sep
Roast Pork served with veg medley, rice, gravy and a few roast potato’s.
